It's fine to use a script to do things that only affect your nation, so long as you send no more than 1 automated request every 10 seconds or use the API.
It's not fine to use a script to automatically fire Cure Missiles/Zombie Hordes/TZES at other nations while you sleep.
There will be probably be zombies again this Halloween; the intention is to have it as an annual event.
