I have to report to my fellow citizens that their government is now broke...

But 4th place in just 5 minutes of work is a bit ludicrous. <_<

To be honest, considering the rates of inflation (and ignoring the ludicrous rates of inequality that would make it impossible to actually operate as a currency), it's probably some ridiculously low amount.

No, I meant that they make you apply in a place where no one actually applied, and you can't either. Yet, somehow, you report (and I see) new nations coming to the leaderboard, from TEP.
