This was my first Z-day and I had a great time. The twists Max threw at us were indeed unexpected but I found them to be interesting. In an actual zombie apocalypse nothing is going to be handy-dandy and setbacks could surely happen. It's not like Max made it impossible to survive either, the changes affected everyone.

I honestly hope the next Z-day has some unexpected twists as well.

The first rule of NationStates is that Max can do whatever he wants. This is widely accepted, because Max is wise; Max is good. Max is God.

You seem to be upset that the creator of this website, indeed the man behind this entire zombie event, has decided to spice it up by taking inspiration from current events and provide people with some entertainment through satire. The real question, to me, is why does this matter to you? Max wasn't cheating. He wasn't abusing his power. He was taking a shot at Covid deniers in general and, I suspect, the US Federal Government's mishandling of the pandemic specifically (some of those bits of snark in the news just fit too perfectly), but you missed the point and now you wanna bitch about it and then talk shit to everyone pointing out the joke you missed.
