You shall only be granted refuge if, and ONLY IF, you are CURING, not joining zombies, and not killing zombies, either. If you meet neither condition, you will not be admitted. Upon the acceptance of your application, and after the start of the crisis, TG me, and you will be admitted to the region for curing.
