It is an arcane threat, but a domestic one. To the citizens, please retreat to the vaults present in each of your nations wherever you are as according to the plans and drills for this event. Rest assured that through the combined efforts of each of our nations and domestically within the nation of the Pangaean Terra Union, this arcane viral epidemic will be eradicated and, if not eradicated, then exterminated. We await your patience while the research teams of all nations within the realm work on the cure and the cure will be deployed to all citizens, either in or outside of the vaults, via vaccinations.
