This one's difficult to judge. They have high defense spending, restrictive laws, and employ the use of a multitude of weapons, but at the same they don't seem to care for their environment they have, have high crime rates and drug use, and allow for things such as human sacrifice despite their otherwise restrictive laws. They even have their own reanimated cyborg corpses, which could either help or hurt them depending on how the infection affects them. But if they've been able to survive with such a large population across the galaxy despite everything, and can stop "Dissapearing" their own citizens for awhile, then I feel like they have a strong chance of survival.
