If you don't like the event, ignore it. It doesn't affect your nation in any way, and the population statistic is only affected (cosmetically, at that) until the event ends. Furthermore, it's pretty fair to say that the contemporary holiday known as Halloween has more or less cast off its religious connotations in most circles quite some time ago.

• The rules still apply. While we may be more lenient than usual in here on account of it being a special event, please do not push it too far. We will still smack folks for blatant transgressions.
• If you don't like the zombie event, there's not much point moaning about it. No one is forcing you to participate, and your nation's population will revert to normal after the event is over.
• This forum will be moved back into the Archive after the event. Please let the mods know over in the Moderation forum afterwards if you have any roleplay threads stuck in here that you would like to continue and we can move them to the regular RP forums as appropriate. (NS/II/P2TM)
• Have fun! If past experience is anything to go by, this will quickly become a very silly place.

Max's site, Max's rules. He wants to celebrate Halloween with the zombie minigame which generally seems to be well-received by the majority of our users, then we celebrate Halloween with the zombie minigame. Don't like it? Don't participate, all effects are cosmetic and revert to normal after the event; it literally has zero impact on any aspect of your nation.

Also, remember the MST3k mantra. Just repeat to yourself this is just a game, you should really just relax.
