Help, weapon is mismatched

I need help on what to do. I chose to cure the zombies, but all the only superweapon I have is a Horde. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Is there a way to fix this glitch?

Also had this problem.

After about an hour, eventually showed the CURE option, as well as what amount of HORDE I had thus far researched.

Just keep periodically check in and refresh, hopefully it will just snap-to.

This is so frustrating because my nation's population is dropping pretty bad right now and I can't do anything to stop it. Thanks for the advice. Hopefully, it works.

The missiles kill a much larger percentage of zombies when more of your population is infected, it seems, so it should be not too difficult to decrease the horde
