EXECUTIVE ORDER No. 974
WHEREAS, The Zombie Apocalypse, also known as Z-Day, has made catastrophic events in Pekweng,
WHEREAS, the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council, through its Inter-Agency Z-Day Command Center, has reported of estimated 722,159,654 people infected and 6,427,121,218 dead, and leaving millions of homes severely damaged,
WHEREAS, the aftermath of this event had been damaged of over 983,000,000 Crons in all residential, commercial, agricultural and other damages,
WHEREAS, the Honorable Commonwealth of Pekweng had established an Inter-Agency Z-Day Command Center with the participating nations of Greater Soviet Ukraine, United Republic of Eastern Canada, Treskovia, Size P, Chernobyliya, Jinwoy, and Mabuhay Land, who willingly gave their time and efforts in order to watch and observe the events, report statistics with each other and help recover from this event,
WHEREAS, the creation of an another Inter-Agency Task Force on Z-Day Recovery is important especially this days of great suffering,
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Rodrigo S. Santillan, by the powers vested in me by the Constitution, hereby declares:
- From this day onwards, the Inter-Agency Z-Day Command Center is now abolished and hereby replacing the former agency, naming the Inter-Agency Task Force on Z-Day Recovery,
- From this day up to nine days, the whole nation is in the STATE OF NATIONAL MOURNING to commemorate the lives of ordinary Pekwengnians who lost their lives in this war,
- From this day, I now lift the state of martial law that I had declared last 29th day of October even if it is on the 4th of November that is the actual deadline, considering the fast cure of all Pekwengnians,
- Order the Armed Forces of Pekweng, the Pekwengnian National Police, the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council, the Executive Departments, all Local Government Units and other nations to reach out relief goods for the surviving citizens of nations,
- Call a special joint session of the Congress sine praeses to discuss matters on this event and pass a joint resolution, approved by the two Houses, rebuilding the Commonwealth, and
- With one nation, praying to the Almighty for the safety of the people.
FURTHERMORE, nations who will join this agency will be assured of the financial assistance and relief assistance as well.
