The tales are true; zombies will take over the world.

The EMAXX virus has evolved very quickly in an unprecedented speed never seen before when it comes to viruses, most likely due to the radioactive fallout and the fusion with the rabies virus. Once a strain of the bioweapon that affected a small group of people, most nations are on alert after the virus completely changed its diet to, you guessed it, brains.

"This can be a plague of disastrous proportions," says Brain Hasselhof, the Secretary of the Department of Health and Welfare. "If we don't act now, this disease can spread very fast, because those zombies walk fast enough to spread easily across the globe. The disease will reach its peak at around Halloween. We hope that we will be able to contain it as much as we can."

Many soldiers have already been killed by the onslaught of zombies in South Archipelago Bay, resulting in many casualties and eaten brains. The government hasn't announced anything regarding the situation yet.

Guronese borders have been closed down in order to prevent the infection from entering our nation, the infected refugees that entered Gurori during the SAB were immediately killed and their bodies cremated. We alert the rest of the world to do the same.

Guronese Genetic Scientists are close to mapping the EMAXX-II genome but for the time being any sufferers of EMAXX-II will be killed.

There is some good news though, we have discovered a method of quickly re-killing the undead. All you need to do is destroy the brain or remove the head.

All labs containing this mutation of the EMAXX virus, henceforth now designated as Carniquattuor Photovirus according to the DHW, are now being closed down in the quickest pace possible. These include labs under MQR, or Maximum Quarantine Regulation. All samples of the mutation have been confiscated by the government. It is unknown why this decision has been made at the moment, but it is believed that research suggested that the virus is more contagious than originally thought.

C. Photovirus has been spreading across South Archipelago Bay across thousands of people at the moment, with local and foreign medical agencies struggling to keep up the casualties. Skyhookedian minutemen fighting within the country have been reported diverting against their current goals and instead fighting against the hordes of zombies.

It has been brought to our attention that the EMAXX virus has spread all over South Archipelago Bay, and currently
shows no signs of stopping. I wish I could bring you good news about our scientific research on EMAXX, but, 
sadly, something happened.

Our facility in Zodiac was broken into the other day. Someone managed to steal a sample of EMAXX that we were
researching on. Just an hour later, the individual broke into the GloboLife Bio-Research firm in Feymont, and obtained
a sample of the airborne pathogen, B9-BD. This pathogen is known to affect people within a few minutes, adapt to the
immune system, and even affect those with cybernetics. They somehow managed to mix the B9-BD virus with EMAXX,
forming the highly deadly B9-ZD virus.

The individual then released the virus onto a busy city street just a few hours later. We've managed to isolate the
infection, but this brings up a new, worrying problem.

The individual was from a group known as "Purification First", a terrorist group that believes everyone is the real plague
and zombies are the cure. While they were previously not classed as a threat by E-SEC, if they managed to carry out an
attack like this, they're bound to do it someone else.

The situation on the zombie outbreak escalates as a terrorist group breeds the virus with a dangerous experimental bioweapon. Shortly after Ammerinia posted an announcement, this breed was launched on the capital of the SAB, forcing warring troops to set aside their differences and fight the onslaught of zombies heading their way. Unfortunately, they have lost, and this infection may spread to Archipelago Bay.

The terrorist group, "Purification First," was known to the public for a while, hosting to believe that humans are a disease, and a "zombie disease" of some sorts is what will get rid of that disease. They have done many kinds of bioweapon research that have been illegal on other countries. They have recently broken into a research facility in Feymont, genetically breeding and "blending" C. Photovirus with B9-BD, a bioweapon designed by the company that owns the research facility. This was formed to create B9-ZD, a highly dangerous virus that could potentially wipe out all of humanity. It was released first at Feymont, but with the virus now spreading at the capital, things are going only downhill here.

The government's current focus has been on researching for a cure, not to kill or destroy. SAL9000 said in a research speech that he would rather negotiate and end it longer, than declare war and end it shorter. Unfortunately, due to the recent efforts on getting rid of all samples of C. Photovirus due to contamination concerns, the government has been looking to other alternatives, mainly based on the results of the scientific research agreement between Devernia and Jinwoy, which will be published shortly.

The government of SAB has declared a state of emergency, and has placed every citizen within immediate house arrest, with punitive consequences for breaking this rule. Cases of B9-ZD were also found on Archipelago Bay, Husywae, and other bordering countries of AB (SAB's only border is with AB); Husywar has taken a stance to get rid of any potential zombie through military force. The DHW has banned all air traffic going to and from geographical Archipelago Bay.

Skyhookedian minutemen and agents in SAB are in a tough pinchy situation. They have new objectives - to help survivors fighting zombies and try to recover any evidence about the virus. They broke into the closed lab, trying to find something, and recovered some documents, leaving containers alone. They hope, that data they took, may help to develop some sort of cure.

Virology Results - H. Docter and I. Garrison
Samples of the subject's blood was intentionally infected with EMAXX - identified as Carniquattuor Photovirus.
H. Docter's sample showed little successful resistance against C. Photovirus, and all species present were overwhelmed after just under 12 minutes.
I. Garrison's sample lasted a significantly longer amount of time at 22 minutes. We later identified the cause of this as C. Photovirus simply stopped infected cells, and rather started to mimic the local biology in a weird and catalytic way. It was still harming the sample significantly, but the virus had simply taken over the job of the cells it destroyed via mutation and is similar in nature to how we theorise the mitochondria fused with an unknown ancestor to become a symbiotic part of its cell.

This virus is incredibly dangerous and we recommend swift and immediate destruction of all samples held in labs under MQR - or Maximum Quarantine Regulation. We will be alerting the appropriate authorities, including the World Assembly. Please respond immediately.

The Imperial States of Gurori has shut it's borders in preparation for the inevitable zombie uprising. However, we are prepared as always. Rather than send in humans which has the high risk of causing even more infection, the Guronese Military will be sending in robots instead. The main offense will be small, swift robots with enough firepower to take on multiple undeads. Should this not work, we have larger, slower robots with even more firepower and in a worst-case scenario we can bring out the "gigabot" which is the size of the house and can destroy zombies just by stepping on them.

We are not currently offering robotic support to other nations but we are still focusing on creating a cure. We are very close to completing our objective of mapping EMAXX's genome.

Orbiting Interstellar Starships that were already deployed during the Authoritarian Revolt in SAB have began antimatter bombardments to destroy infected regions. Interstellar troops, who are immune to the EMAXX virus and other related zombie viruses have began to hunt zombies. Thankfully, most of the SAB population was already evacuated during the initial assault on SAB and thus the number of infected persons is very low.

The government of Archipelago Bay is in a state of emergency, as the ongoing megahorde of zombies move to Archipelago Bay. Military intervention has been done to wipe out these hordes, with little to no success. Many soldiers have become zombies in the process as well, only contributing to the problem.

The World Assembly is expected to hold an emergency press meeting tomorrow Oct. 31 at Devernite Standard Time (UTC+8), with details of time uncertain due to the ongoing crisis. It is expected that the WA will declare a state of emergency for all sovereign states in the world, including WA and non-WA states.

Many states have already blocked all travel in and from geographical AB, with flights being cancelled and diverted and governments rejecting citizens that have been on SAB during the zombie incident.
