SPECIAL AGENT: Citizens of the Empire, and anyone else listening, this is Special Agent Tanya McClark of the Mystic-14 Black
Operations Task Force. I interrupt your programs to inform you of an imminent threat. At this very moment, a suspect leading
the "Purification First" terrorism group is preparing to release a deadly pathogen derived from EMAXX, called "B9-ZD". It
affects the victim's brain or cybernetics, creating an intense animosity and rage causing the affected individual to attack
everything they see. We've tried our best to fight against the outbreak when it first began, but--
[Suddenly, the feed becomes fuzzy, and suddenly changes to a group several armed figures, standing behind a single man
dressed in red.]
BIOTERRORIST LEADER: I'll take things from here.
BIOTERRORIST LEADER: Good evening, ladies, gentlemen, and non-gendered sapient species of the Empire, as well as
anyone else tuning in. You are all about to participate in a very unique biological revolution. Should you choose not to

BIOTERRORIST LEADER: Phase one of the undead uprising is already in progress, so you'd better decide quickly.

SPECIAL AGENT: Listen everyone, I'm not going to tell you all to remain calm, because we are obviously past that.
But i assure you, help is on the way.
SPECIAL AGENT: The virus affects both augmented and non-augmented, by taking over the brain or re-animating
them via cybernetics. The virus takes 4 minutes to turn someone completely infected. It's also transmitted via
bodily fluids, such as bites, so make sure to stay far away from the infected.
SPECIAL AGENT: The Empress has declared martial law and state-of-emergency nationally. If you are inside a
building or home, do not go outside under any circumstances. A curfew from 4PM to 6AM has been mandated, and any
individual violating it will be quarantined.
SPECIAL AGENT: Make sure to lock all doors and windows. Grab a weapon if you own one, and do your best to
stock up on rations, as it's going to be a while before it's safe to go out.
SPECIAL AGENT: The Imperial Army, Military Police, and Black Operations are being deployed to every major
city across the country. If they tell you to evacuate, evacuate. If they tell you to go out, go out. C.U.R.E. missiles
will be launched every six hours, and are designed to cure multiple hordes of undead at a time. Due to the virus'
self-adapting nature.
SPECIAL AGENT: Remember, we must fight together to have any hope of surviving this. If any of us neglect

Collect a weapon from a local store or Tekorian Military Post. Get underground, or find a shelter. If no shelters are near and you do not have a basement, stay inside. If you see an infected, report them to local authorities, or kill it with a weapon. Do not use phones, if you make an non-essential phone call you could be endangering a fellow citizens. If you are near an evacuation zone, bring your supplies and stay at the zone. Be sure to get a battery-powered radio. If a family member is away, do not try to get them, they will be taking other precautions. If you are in a vehicle, get to a shelter now. Report all sightings of infected to authorities. PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT FROM THE MINISTRY OF EMERGENCY SITUATIONS
The following message has been sent from the headquarters of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Union State of Chkalovsk.
Sevastapool and Minsk are completely overrun with the undead and the Armed Forces of the Union State as well as local defense militia have been forced to pull back due to heavy casualties.
Many reports are coming in from Kalingrad, Grozny, Saint Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Samara, Omsk, Kazan, Chelyabinsk, Rostov-on-Don, Ufa, Volgograd, Perm, Krasnoyarsk, Voronezh, Saratov, Krasnodar, Izhevsk, Tolyatti, Izhevsk, Ulyanovsk, Barnaul, Vladivostok and Yaroslavl stating that these cities have over 80% of their population infected.
The Chkalovskian Air Force and Chkalovskian Navy are preparing a massive bombing campaign against these areas in support of the Chkalovskian Ground Forces, Chkalovskian Naval Infantry and local defense militias to retake the cities from the undead bastards and save any citizens still alive and healthy.

Reports we have is quarantined LA memorial sports arena the gate to it has fallen and we have confirm reports as dozens of infected are overrunning police forces there and National guard units.
all citizens are Required to head to this 4 Evacuation areas
1.Santa monica
2.Los Angeles International Airport
3. Or out of LA and into the county
4. Los Angeles Air Force Base
This are the four areas that the government is using for an evacuation out of Los angeles.

Orders from the Commander In Chief of the Armed Republic of Tayner
As of 1800 this evening, the armed forces stationed in Tayner and abroad have recieved orders to set up and secure a large number of small scale quarintine zones within and surrounding mass population centers in coordination with the CDC. Every available military asset should be used in setting up these safe zones, and only defensive action should warrant the use of lethal force against any infected personnel. The Presidential Administration has notified the general public of the ongoing development of reaserch into a cure of the new strain of the infection which seems to have mutated from last year's virus. Because of the high strategic value of the labs which these cures are being researched at, they have been declared restricted to the public, and have had tier one military assets as well as police and standard military forces assigned to defend them from looters, 'zombie embracers,' and the infected.
Police forces are to be engaged in mostly counter-looter action, to help reduce chaos which will allow the military to better defend safezones, quarintine-zones, and restricted areas. Any person who takes to looting or committing other crimes during this time will be detained and held for the time being, as all judicial systems have been suspended due to the outbreak. Any individual that has been detained will also have to submit to a blood test, and if they show positive for the infection, will be detained separately from the 'healthy' detainees.
Any solder who commits the act of activity searching and destroying infected persons will be criminally charged, as infected persons are still protected by Taynerian law. Solders who take offensive measures in the outbreak of this virus against the infected will face court martial, and depending on the severity of their offense, may be subjected to capital punishment in the form of military execution.
Keep in mind that these orders are put in place to save as many Taynerian citizens as possible from being infected and/or terminated during the duration of this crisis. If any personnel have an issue with these orders, they should contact either the Head of the Health Administration, the Secretary of Defense, or the Presidential administration. These orders are direct, and have been passed down through the chain of command on every level. Further orders to follow.

REPORTER: Okay, things are out of control down below. Empire City and the surrounding areas have turned into a war zone. The creatures, zombies, or whatever the hell they are... They're swarming the entire area. The military blew up the bridges and tunnels leading to the main city, but that doesn't appear to have stopped them. There's no way in our out.
REPORTER: I think we're safe here, but we're not gonna stay much longer.
REPORTER: Right now, both the Army and Military Police have pulled out of Empire City entirely, and are trying to form a defensive perimeter around New Everfree, but I don't know how these things can be stopped. If anyone's hearing me, STAY AWAY FROM EMPIRE CITY. THE CITY IS LOST! I REPEAT, AVOID EMPIRE CITY AT ALL CO--
[Camera distorts for a few minutes, before cutting to a single man, sitting at a desk inside a concrete room.]
ANCHORMAN: That was our reporter, Star Willows, just a few moments ago.

ANCHORMAN: Welcome back to AGN Global News. I'm David Barrows broadcasting live from Englandburg, Ammerinia.
ANCHORMAN: We apologize for being off the air for the past hour. Our main studio in Benpar was lost after being evacuated. Those of us here at the production offices managed to set up shop in this bunker, so we may continue broadcasting.
ANCHORMAN: Currently, the military have pulled out of Empire City, Feymont, and New Angeles, and are currently reporting heavy losses in Benpar, Connorsfield, San Rosco, and Hrästul. As such, prototype "C.U.R.E. Missiles" are being launched all around the nation. These missiles reportedly contain a counter-pathogen which can reverse the initial infection. However, due to the virus' adaptive nature, these missiles can only be launched on a 6-hour rotation.
ANCHORMAN: The capital district of New Eden has also been completely sealed off from outside travel, and the Empress has been evacuated to an undisclosed secure location. Plans have been made since then to evacuate any remaining survivors to off-planet sites, although it is unknown when this protocol will be in effect. The military has since then said that anyone violating the 4PM to 6AM curfew will be killed rather than quarantined, and are currently calling for civilians to barricade themselves inside, and stock up on ammunition, weapons, and non-perishable food.
