Yes, remember your zombie security password, go to an inactive or zombie friendly region to build up your hordes, then transfer back and hammer them.

Admittedly we're only hitting the military extermination types and leaving the cures alone... but still. Works either way.

Agreed. Zombieland seems to be very pro-zombie. Plus, its a good idea to look at their message boards

Personally I managed to push an inactive region over 50% infection rates. That's my little undead haven for now. Pop in, throw a horde or two until the cure missiles start falling, then run for it.
