This is a fine idea, but we must warn that proper sterilization is an absolute must when dealing with zombie meat. It is, after all, infected with the zombie virus! If you're referring to the other type of zombies, that is, those that have risen from the dead, even our food-using immigrants will pass. Undead zombies are known to be rotten, and that would be pretty nasty.

As for us, we'll stick to throwing them into our biological rendering plants converting them to dried fertilizer granules. The drying process is engineered to provide heat-sterilization in the same step, so the output is perfectly safe. Of course, if we want to spread zombieism, we can just turn down the heat a bit.
