Leaking region passwords

So if I have a nation, or a few nations, really, I mean, more like a horde, scattered in various regions across the world, and they're all quite open-minded toward zombies, or actually pro-zombie, being quietly interested in bringing about an undead world, and plenty of these regions have already or are planning to close the regional borders or password-protect... is there a place these passwords can be shared with other pro-zombie nations? So that they can come in and help infect everybody?

Edit: I am talking about regional passwords that are VISIBLE TO RESIDENTS. Some people are stuck on the idea that I am going to log in to the server and look up hidden region passwords from the database and post them. No. That is not what I am saying. I am not even talking about my nations. They are my friend's. She likes zombies.

Luckily, the region in which I reside does not rely on passwords as defense from the zombies, instead relying entirely on other systems of self-defense, so we will be completely immune from the effects should any mass leak happen.

I'd say it would be more likely that founders would be unable to hide passwords from members.

EDIT: Although, I would guess that it's most likely that this was a mere subtle suggestion of what nations could do than what admins will do.

I expected the twist to be more something like "password disappears after 1 hour magically" or something like that.

Violet, did you ever consider the fact that giving out all these passwords will basically give the Raiders a Holiday once the Apocalypse is over, especially since the Nations of many smaller Regions are leaving to join other, larger Regions, like the Versutian Federation?

If you do this Violet, all you'll be doing is putting blood on your hands, the blood of slain Regions. I hope your willing to accept that if you go through with this.
