Most of the country is still too shocked to lay blame, however undoubtedly the Aletheians are at fault. They are a religious cult popular in the Lao Tzu Te region of the country. They worship truth and knowledge, and as such were allowed to research and experiment unhindered by the government or ethics.

They most certainly created this deadly disease, whether by accident or to try and eliminate the 'Truth illiterate'. Already the government is planning on placing them in concentration camps to pay for the destruction of 11 million lives.
