Military conscription is mandatory in the UED, with 30% of the economy poured into the military. However, the UED still decided that wasn't enough, the UED capital of Seoul is preparing to be blocked off along with all other major cities. Militias are being raised all around the country, all flights to the UED have been cancelled, the UED has expelled all foreigners, and has officially blocked all access to the country. The UED scientists are preparing for a cure for the upcoming disease and the bulk of the UED leadership has retreated to safe zones like bunkers all except for its highest leader. Schools and public transportation are being closed, with children assigned extra homework.

In the nation's capital, Rumford-Mexico, the streets were quiet. A few moose were seen browsing along the Androscoggin River, oblivious to the events unfolding. Workers left the paper mill following their shift. However at Fort Seven Islands a noticeable increase in traffic was observed and military vehicles were heard being started to conduct Maintenance Checks and Services.

The Upper Class of Imperium Californium are well-stocked to survive any backwash zom zom aggression, having learned lessons from the April Incident. All other citizens are merely told to lock up and keep quiet.

Anyway, most Imperium Californium Defense Force zom zoms are deployed to the East, ready to secure Nevada, Utah and Colorado...to defend against a zom zom invasion, of course.

As Anhurian Cities all have subterranean population centers with the above portion of each city being massive industrial complexes that are domed. The presence of Zombies can be troubling, Ciano (Capital City) along with other major cities like Sindara and Tala have started a massive project of segmentation to keep zombies contained if they manage to penetrate the domed cities and get underground so they can't spread throughout the rest of the population center. We aren't going to be declaring martial law however as our population is very heavily armed and we need them to work with our government, instead of being angry it.

All research labs in Biefelbaben have been switched over to looking for a cure. Outside the labs, many protest that curing zombies is against their rights, and that they should embrace the inevitable. The President has made no comment on the matter.

With the impending martial law order on the Capital, many wealthy citizens are going to go on their yachts for a few days to wait out the apocalypse, while others will take flights to private islands. The medium wealth citizens and other high wealth citizens are trying to bunker, but New Nassraunians are posh people, and are not used to this thing called barricading.

Coeur Imperial is in full lock-down. Civilians have been relocated to secured sectors of the city and government officials are in undisclosed locations around, beneath and above the nation. Military personnel are on patrol throughout the city ensuring no stragglers are out in the open. They are also preparing defenses for attacks by any infected. All items of cultural significance have been stored in bunkers below the city to prevent their destruction. Meanwhile, scientist are standing by to receive samples of infected tissue and prepare vaccines and antidotes.

[Fralinia]

Larne is currently under full lockdown and the nation is under martial law. All government officials have been evacuated to undisclosed locations, and most citizens have done what they can to get out of the population centers and into teh countryside. The Army is currently patrolling the city with all available units and the Fralinian National Militia Protocols (FNMP) have been enacted. Most doctors have been taken by the government to a centralized, undisclosed location to begin on cure research for the virus. Nearly all communications have been jammed by excess traffic, as are most roadways as citizens try to flee. All air traffic has been canceled. The only important figure remaining in the city is Prince Phillipe himself, who has decided to take his chances and remain strong for the nation. His entire Royal Guard is stationed in front of the Larne Palace.

Imperial City is in total lock down.
President Danchick has been on all networks. Telling people to stay in their homes. And to report all zombie like behavior to the authorities. All hospitals are stocked to deal with the plague. The military has the anti zombie poison ready to use.

In less than 48 hours, Solaris City and the Federal District will be on full lock down as if a bio-weapon based attack was launched until such time as those afflicted may be cured as per the last "Z-Day". The President will be secured in a position within the Capitol Building, and a nation-wide pandemic alert will be instituted, as such, many transportation methods will be on high alert and may lock down should any sign of the virus present itself. S.O.S.T.E.D. will be patrolling cities where the virus has been detected in order to detain afflicted personnel. If you have been infected, report to the nearest shelter and follow every instruction given to you. Failure to comply with directions given to infected individuals will be met with force.

The capital has been receiving reports of small outbreaks of the Black Rot (the name of the disease in Cill Airne responsible for the zombies) in rural areas of the nation. His Grace the King has requested with the backing of the Magisterium that all reports me researched into. Nearly a quarter of the nation died during the last outbreak of the Black Rot several months prior, but it was believed it was contained and no longer a threat. However, during the last outbreak the Magisterium passed the "Emergency Government Plan" which stated, should the nation come under anymore outbreaks of the disease, the King may take absolute power to allow for there to be more control of the situation. His Grace has stated should an outbreak occur the city of Muínis will close its gates, and is able to survive lockdown for 6 months on rationed food.

With rumors of a second outbreak now spreading around the nation the capital city has began to "slow down" in pace. Many have closed their shops, leaving for the country side. Temples have been saying additional prayers asking the gods for their favor and an end to the disease. The city has had a heightened presence of soldiers and those entering the city have become subject to a brief exam to ensure they are not sick. Many have been turned away from the city for exhibiting symptoms of any sickness in the past 24 hours. The city has been described as "silent" and "eerie" as many are uncertain of what is to come. Many have dismissed these rumors stating they have no backing, but as more and more people attempt to enter the city fleeing rural villages many are beginning to think these rumors hold some ground.

His Majesty, the Crown Council, the Lord Speaker, the President of the Assembly, the Senior Justice, and the Joint Chiefs, along with other members of the government are currently secured in the Executive Bunker until further notice.

Every city with a population above 500,000 has been surrounded with a thick, tall, steel wall with guard towers and turrents. The curfew is 8:45 and everything is heavily regulated. The army roams the nation, destroying the undead and moving people to barricaded cities. So far, over 300,764,000 Calumnians have been saved.
