Effective noon tomorrow, the Hoeuisil will declare a state of martial law. This decision will temporarily dissolve all ruling supercorporations into a single body as a step to enforce order in a crisis situation.

Bonsa, the nation's capital, will have its densest population centers monitored by the state and independent PMCs will be patrolling projected undead hot-zones. Police drones will provide enhanced aerial monitoring and will respond to outbreaks in their early stages to minimize collateral damage. Hospitals and triage centers will be strategically overstaffed to provide treatment to citizens have not yet passed the point of no return. Factory workers and lower class citizens will not receive medical attention. Due to the slums' complexity and low value, they are not a high priority and the Hoeuisil has ordered them to be fire-bombed when they are inevitably overrun. Autonomous factory work will be performed in the place of workers, who are ordered to stay within their habitation capsules until the crisis is over. Other North Koryo cities are following similar measures.

Public transportation and superhighways will be halted to impede infection. City borders will have ground and aerial sentries ready to neutralize persons of vehicles suspected of harbouring the virus. News will be broadcasting quarantine and outbreak information to the public as the event unfolds. We should expect most of Bonsa's 95 million citizens to be in their homes by the time the outbreak begins in two days. By that time, any person wandering in the streets will be subjected to rigorous testing for infection and will be shot if law enforcement has sufficient evidence that said person possesses the disease.

After Parliament enacted section 13a of the War Measures Act of 1966, all legislative and judicial power in Ainin has been transferred into the hands of the Council of State, consisting of the Prime Minister, the President and the Cabinet, and the aforementioned council has ordered all cities evacuated to emergency Defence Ministry-run camps, massive tent cities built on military bases and national parks, and floating camps, made of row after row of sleeping bags and sheets laid inside naval and ferry vessels.

The total evacuation of the capital, Forestia (pop: 16m), is 15% complete.

The Capitol, as with the rest of the nation, is now under a state of emergency. Martial law and curfews are in effect. Citizens are being urged to stock up on essentials and the chancellor has declared a general amnesty regarding weapon carry and hoarding laws. All major cities, including the Capitol, are being sectioned off into smaller, easier to contain, quarantine sectors, divided by walls, fences, and barbed wire. The national militia and civil defense service have been activated and the military is calling in new conscripts. Checkpoints are being established at critical intersections.
Effective tomorrow, the highway system will be shut down to all non-official use and the Capitol will go on lockdown. Any persons, whether citizens or zombies, attempting to enter the Capitol, will be turned back. Those who fail to leave will be shot.

The recent zombie threat has incited paranoia among government officials who miraculously remain immaculate and condescendingly calm. The capital has seen curfews, restrictions on movement and distribution of organic materials have been instituted by the Greater La Rochelle City Council. The National Armed Forces have been posted on major transit routes. The Iluoa Pyium International Airport has been shout down and is being used as a humanitarian and military transit point. The government has implented these security measures over all major populated areas of the country. . The Nut or Mount Veil, an axis point for Joint military operations, has announced the formation of the Oan Isles Anti Zombie Coordination Commission. Jonathan Dunes, National Administrative Coordinator, has requested that the population remain calm and that life will continue as normal however precautions must be taken considering earlier this year the country was swept of its feet.

Every metropolitan city has been locked down, no new entrants. Every smaller city and town has been called to fortify itself against attack with Shadow Gorad operatives advising on proper procedures. Bite-proof armor, low cost shotguns and revolvers, and gas powered generators have been stockpiled in preparation for this inevitable resurgence and are being distributed as we speak. Military personnel are offering training to civilians in zombie defense while the Shadow Gorad drill day and night for their counteroffensive. Internet, radio, phones and anything else that can be used as means of contact have been shutoff to prevent word of martial law from spreading. All roads leading to the city have been cut off, People without homes are being eliminated to prevent infection, windows are being barred in, and riots are being stopped via brutality.

Currently, the capital, Imperial City, is doing fine. However, the Red Star borders have been completely closed. Zombies will be killed by the millitary.

Kidlantis City is currently on a state of high alert in consideration of the impending zombie attack. The entire city is under lockdown, with the entire KCPD patrolling the city, along with hundreds of thousands of military soldiers watching the city for any sign of zombie activity. Since supermarket shelves have been cleared by paranoid citizens, the government is giving out food. Drastic measures have been taken, such as curfews, the closure of schools, public transit systems, shipyards, and airports.The government is even handing assault rifles to citizens who join groups that will kill zombies. A resolution handing complete control of the government over to President Xavier Lee is moments away from passing the Senate. If all else fails, a couple of B53 nuclear bombs have been set in place in strategic places in Kidlantis City as a last stand if the city has been entirely captured by zombies.

We have instituted ChemAlert-1 lockdown. We have fastened all seatbelts, sealed all entrances and exits, closed all shops in the mall, cancelled the three ring circus, and secured all animals in the zoo!

Riot police deployed following the issuing of curfews and other temporary declarations designed to contain the spread of the virus once it reaches Kington Langley. All forms of public transport within the capital have been suspended until further notice to prevent crowded situations where the virus can rapidly spread.

TurtleShroom provided the theological aspect of the Cure against zombies in a previous zombie outbreak. Assuming that these are traditional zombies or are from the previous strain, we should be able to administer the Cure immediately. All zombies will be shot on sight.


In Jonesboro, business is running as usual, though traffic is even quieter than normal, and there are no tourists on the streets. A huge and menacing presence of soldiers, PMCs, militiamen, police officers, Inquisitors, and lay citizenry have been standing guard wherever the dead are congregated (like cemetaries). Three shots have been fired so far, but they have all been directed at sextons. It is very quiet.

As of now, Khanastan is completely safe. We've let our guard down while our vassals and allied states take the brunt of the horde's advance as they move up North after re-emerging from the traverse.
