If you want to talk of realism, this kind of thing is impossible.

So, we're going off of zombie movies/games. So, you can't subjugate something that can't reason, and has no sense of self-preservation.

However, most Human nations are MT, therefore not advanced enough to create a cure for so a deadly condition.

MT doesn't register to me on zombie season.

I'm just trying to hog up as much credit as I can before the zombie Santa gets here and shit.

Don't like the competition this season.

The cure obviously didnt work the first time around. If there is another outbreak....what makes us believe there is a cure? The research and evidence that under control of beings, the undead can be transformed into sentience. I am guessing for someone like you, who lives in a future era....that such discoveries have not been uncovered means that the fear of something defying the law of life is still seen as an universal evil.

Except medicines and technology exist that can "reboot" the brain, especially the more cognitive parts that are needed to be sentient.

Does anyone want to live as a rotten corpse? No.

Also, the person would probably die later of other causes.

And who would be you to judge moral, sir?

Utilizing weaponized biologicals to be used agaisnt mass populus isnt an evil? What paradox nation did this thought come from?

There was a cure last time. The virus has -- I and my other selves suspect -- merely mutated, the same as influenza!

Do people want to live poor? Do people want to live handicapped?

The newly sentient undead actually do not die from complications. This is something we have be studying through medical companies and the government. They rotting eventually stops when sentience has been reached as the being is stuck in a "limbo" state where the body doesnt age, but doesnt rot. Complexity at its finest.

Oh, it's very much like the flu -- it's a virus like any other and it merely mutates from time to time. So we simply isolate the virus and develop a new drug to administer to the people until we can find a way to just wipe it all out.

If they were, why wasnt it studied? for possible mutations? Unless the scientists and leading experts are pant-on-head retarded, things like this would have been considered.

We ought to educate the zombies, so the educated zombies will tell the other zombies not to bite non zombies.

Make zombie academies an option! >:(

You need a catalyst to reactive an undead's sentience. Without sentience, they cannot learn.

Well, that's silly. Why do you have to get a new flu shot every year? Why can't the leading experts just study that for possible mutations?

Because in some nations, that technology is non-existent or not widely available. Nations with advanced technology in the medical field have already been testing flu strains along with other strains of disease that can mutate to different catalysts, and through such new medicine has been developed for futures ahead when the strains do mutate.

Just saying...

Postby Consigahria » Sat Nov 02, 2013 12:20 am

Let it be known that Domicilium took to the outbreak strategically. 30 hours ago (from 12:00am Nov. 2), there were 1.965 million people affected in Domicilium. An hour later as we began to take action, this number rose to 2.415 million, a rise of 450,000. In the eradication phase, we killed as many infected civilians as possible. The eradication took three hours before the zombies retreated and isolated themselves. Next was the immunization phase in which we went in while the zombies were too fatigued to attack us, and we cured them using the cure scientists from Consigahria, West Consigahria, and the Kanekaeri Islands created. About five hours ago, the last million zombies in Consigahria were cured, officially making the region a Safe Haven. In the end, Consigahria suffered 1.76 billion casualties, a loss of less than 1% in population, and Domicilium suffered an 11% total loss. Meanwhile, Dilange still has 297 million zombies, 97.09% of their total population. Compassion was not the smartest route to take. :palm:
