Amazing growth of the region The NationStates Community. From 17 to 294. Is this due to nations moving there to find a safe haven or to bolster the not infected numbers?
Recently refounded nations are clean of the Zombie bug so its a good way to combat infection figures. :)

A mix of both. We've had a lot of refugees come to shelter - and then lots of them return to try and save their regions once they'd healed up.

We also brought in older puppet nations to use in 'cure teams' we were sending out to try and save other regions.

Except for one, this is true. My personal puppet dump also has no zombies. The storage space for all my other switchers... not so much.

If it's anything like Deus Ex Machina if every single nation in a region researches a cure, and it's a fairly large region, they can get rid of all the zombies fairly quickly.


All the nations named after Super GT teams focused on cure research, and all the nations named after motorsports facilities were set to kill. The founder was set to export and the one nation there that I don't control hasn't done anything yet.
