There is nothing to worry about in the Dh'arconian Soviet Empire. Toxic gas bombs are being dropped all over the small towns to destroy the brains of anyone and everyone, major cities with tons of zombies are being carpet bombed into dust, and the military is sending millions of troops to defend the capital from the hundreds of millions of zombies attacking it. CODE AZRAEL is in effect. All sites and facilities containing vital A-B Level APs are to secure the area and be ready to relocate all vital objects/entities to more secure locations. All sites and facilities containing C-D Level APs are to be secured and locked down. All high ranking personnel vital to the organization are to be secured in an A-Ranked fortified location unless they are needed to stay with AP to avoid any higher K-Class events.

As of now, State of Emergency status has only been declared at local levels. No cities have been completely overrun, but sparsely populated areas with little access to medicine or defenses are off-limits to common citizens.
