Clearly this means all regions will be conglomerated into The East Pacific, making Todd McCloud some sort of super delegate that can shoot bees from his mouth.

At any rate, I think it's probably a prank but it could also be the destruction of "lesser" regions, like regions that are below a certain population count in an attempt to centralize the game. I don't know how feasible that would be though.

Max has finally embraced my existence. No more protection behind founders... all regions will be susceptible to attack because founders will become non-exec. All nations will be removed from the WA, the delegate's endo count reset. It's a race to see which group can re-join and endo their point the fastest. Muahaha. Strategy? Protect the home land? Attack one's enemies?

It'd be cool if they flipped the feeder delegates around in the feeders for the day, but I highly doubt this is what it means. Maybe it's a play on words - like regions will fall from the sky. Maybe like a script or something, similar to the harlem shake trick on youtube or something.

I think that all of the founders and delegates will mysteriously CTE for one day. Chaos will ensue almost every region is invaded. Then on April 2, the founders and WADs will have their nations restored and everything will return to normal (except for the fact that everyone will be pissed off for a few days). Oh yeah, the GGR's founder and WAD wil mysteriously fail to have their nations restored on April 2 (no one will be pissed about that
