Drivers can roleplay racing. You do not need any experience in IRL Rules.
Team Principals: In charge of everything from Car Development to Driver Transfers. All teams need bosses. I'd advise having a good knowledge of F1 Rules.
FIA: Vonum, makes and maintains the rules, decisions and results, as realistic as possible. Anything can be brought up to them, from enquiries to appeals.
