Hello and Welcome to Blaine County also known as " Big Apple little sister ", ambientation of this RP where you will take the role of the numerous criminal organizations that populate the underground of Blaine County, from old-fashioned Italo-American Mafia, to the more aggressive and brutal street gangs to the Russian Mafia, the choice is yours. your final goal is to be the definitive crimelord of the county.

On the other side of the medal, you can play as one of the PDs, FBI, DEA or other law enforcement agencies to try to stem the tide of violence in the county, its an underpaid and dangerous job, and gratitude isnt guaranteed, but someone is willing to risk it all to protect the county.

The two approached their target: A group of Jamaicans near Wilson Park, who had trespassed into Irish territory, and Rick, their boss, had had enough, thus giving the order to retaliate to Leo and Russ. "Remember boy, let's take them by surprise and finish the job quickly, the boss said to retaliate, let's avoid starting a gang war in the middle of Wilson Park" The two got closer and closer to the Jamaicans, preparing their weapons , and while the Jamaicans were distracted, Leo pulled out his Uzi and started shooting, shouting "Death to the Jamaicans!" The firefight lasted a matter of minutes, with practically all the targets dead on the ground and the two attackers still standing , the two began running towards their car, and fled shortly before the police sirens began to be heard.

CIU detective James Monroe and his partner Detective Felicia Rodriguez stepped out of their Ford Mustang unmarked unit and looked around at several dead Jamaicans riddled with GSWs. James, or Jimmy as he is known to his friends, family and fellow LEO, looked at Felicia who also looking over the entire crime scene. She looked over at Jimmy with a shake of the head, "Looks to me to be gang related as this is where the New Norwich Mob is based at. I wouldn't be surprised if this shooting was committed by them." James nodded and walked over to where the bodies were while being careful not to contaminate the scene. Both Felicia and Jimmy puts on some latex gloves when Jimmy spotted some shell casings so he pick one up with tweezers, "Looks like .45 and 9mm shell casings and with as many shell casings as I am seeing, I suspect automatic weapons though I could be wrong." Felicia waved a crime scene tech over and pointed out the casings in which he nodded before getting to work. Jimmy looked over at the curious crowd growing behind the crime scene tape.

What they took out were boxes full of fish, but underneath the fish were bags full of cocaine. This was just one way the members of Black Water Sharks smuggled contraband into the nation. They mainly collaborated with Mexican cartels to buy the weapons and then resell them to the American Mafia. Richter Maritime Maintenance owned by the leader of the gang, "Great White" Kelly "Jackal" Davies, a third-generation Australian immigrant, and was used to launder the money earned by the mob.

The Black Water Sharks operated on a very decentralized level. Its 324 members were split into different cells, each made of 20 to 30 men which operated almost independently. This was to ensure more operational efficiency and that if a cell was compromised the entire gang would not be revealed. Each cell was led by a "Puddle Shark", an underboss who usually has close ties to the crime boss.

The gang was thriving, but, new action was needed to keep it alive. They hadn't undertaken any major action in more than 10 years, and they needed to remind the world that they existed. The plan was to send 10 men armed with AK-74s bought from Mexican cartels, into a bank. They would take the people inside hostage and begin interfacing with bank servers. By doing this, they would manage to steal the personal account info of the bank accounts created. But, in order for this heist to succed, they would have to make some preparations. First, the 10 men would have to procure automatic weapons. A deal had already been made on a secure, onion website, with a Mexican cartel with which they used to do business, but now they had to pick them up. The plan was to rendez-vous with the Mexicans in The City of Everett, near the bridge going to The City of Mangrove. And so, two of the ten men got in a small Ford Focus and went on their way towards the rendez-vous point.

James activated the lights and sirens on the unmarked BCSO Mustang and towards were the shooting occurred.
