Would it be okay if Raven was descended from Alexander and a random Dhasath woman, who in turn had a daughter named Thanica II?

The andromeda family trees are getting out of hand.

I'll wait for Ky and Novoritsya to respond before Fayne starts chatting.

I mean, sure. Just keep in mind that at this point in the lore bloodlines are so diluted that that sort of legacy history is kind of moot.

That's fine; it's not as if Raven has anything to gain.

Θ, θ = theta, no need to join the revival. Anyway, why does the thorn (Þ) looks like phi (Φ, φ)?

What help are you looking for specifically. Your app so far looks both pretty good and pretty creative.

What religion do you want your chaplain to follow. If it's Makerism, I have a bit of info I can share on that that isn't in the OOC, though if it's the indigenous Jokari stuff I might refer you to Europa Undivided who wrote the jokari species :)

I'm looking to help with biological jokari stuff and how to justify my character being on the ship (backstory, which I'd use to develop personality). What would be prime, and past prime ages for jokari, how long they can go without sleep, what faiths would be known to a former Aispes chaplain (I don't think her actual beliefs matter as much as her ability to 'reconcile dhasath and jokari faiths.') Indigenous jokari stuff sounds interesting...

I'm thinking Caeni's escape caused their meeting, but I'm not sure what else besides that.

Prime ages for the Jokari would be around 50-200; they then get a drawn out middle age until 400, at which point they slowly become decrepit. They're pretty similar to us when it comes to sleep cycles, as they usually take six to seven hours of sleep. An Aispes chaplain would probably know Dhasath Makerism, the polytheistic Kiel religion, and the dual deity faith of the Jokari.

dhasath religion is based around the idea that the dhasath are the chosen people of the 'Maker'. Events that have happened to them are interpreted through the lens of that and their holy books will chart all of their history with theological explanations for its ups and downs. Despite the fact that the religion is primarily about them they will take converts from other species and will borrow from other religions that are similar.

When they first moved to Sol they nicked the two testaments of the Christian bible and slapped on their own 'Dhasath Testament' which was all of their Holy books dealing with dhasath history to the point of their arrival on Earth. Their book follows an Exodus type narrative where they eventually arrive in Sol - worked together with the bible it created a narrative of the dhasath coming to Earth, their 'promised land' to continue the Maker's work that had already been going on through the earlier workings of humans. Not really relevant but the Andromedan dhasath, at the point when they could travel back and forth, saw that as a bit heretical.

The 'Aispes Testament' is a shorter book only present among the dhasath of that state (they will have other Testaments in other areas) that charts their leaving earth and the foundation of the Federation of Aispes with the assumption that this was all part of the Maker's plan.

Eh. I also misread your post and thought you'd already broadcast to everyone, so didn't respond immediately.

We need more half baked ridiculous shinanigans. I'm not sure any of our characters are 'fun'. Maybe Caeni

The United Federation of Terrans, Bentus:

I checked with DB through Discord DMs and found out that not only was this entire fiasco not pre-arranged beforehand, but Ash Phyrrus, Terrans' OC, is utterly in the wrong about Corvin.

I can offer proof through screencaps if allowed.

Edit: Terrans, DB told me to ask you if you genuinely, OOCly, believe what your OC believes and thus share his assumptions. Do you, or is this a way of getting rid of Ash?

Understandable. Ash is acting suicidal ICly, then.

You okay with him not surviving this?

Edit: No, I'm not going to repost my attempt to kill him; I've come to the conclusion I can't think objectively about this.

Not suicidal just experiences the other crew doesn’t have.

And you definitely aren’t killing him. It’s called drama not wish fulfillment.

See my edit; I already decided I wasn't going to try sometime before you posted. Because I came to the same conclusions plus found out that I can't trust myself with this situation.
