Oh…is it like eastern Roman Empire and Western Roman Empire but different yet similar idk.

Basically Ottomans still make it to Europe as mercenaries as they did before forming an empire IRL, but instead of conquering Byzantium they go north and conquer Hungary

Germany serves as a cut-off point in the middle of Europe with foreigners allowed only in the ports to bring goods and leave. 2] The Morganthau Cell: The remnants of the International Zone's Commission of Security a secret police force that has managed to survive the purges, and have enacted several devastating attacks on new industrial complexes to ensure that the State never truly rebuilds. 3] Industrial Shellshock: The ravaging of the Industrial belts of Germany particularly the Ruhr valley wasn't just reparations for the war, but Morganthau's scheme to ensure a die-off of Germans in preparation for a totally agriculturally based Germany. Hanover, Munich, Frankfurt am Main, and Stuttgart were utterly ransacked, and have become abandoned with resettlement plans being drawn up for them to be re-industrialized.

4] Kulturkampf: American, French, and British interests monopolized their control of the International Zone as it was once called. A massive campaign must be launched to purge their cultural taint from the State due to their complicity in genocide.

5] Foreign Hostages: Foreign workers and others who were a part of the International Zone's Commission were taken hostage in 1967, and have been held alive within a secure facility.

6] Cultural Theft: The majority of German artwork, and cultural treasures were stolen by various interests and taken abroad. Land Force: The Landstreikkräfte is the formal army of the State that is centered primarily on the defense of the current territory especially for a feared reprisal by allied powers as a consequence the current enrollment stands at 400,000. The Landstreikkräfte is often equipped with weapons left behind by the security forces of the International Zone, but the focus on military industry is enabling the update of the Landstreikkräfte.
Naval Force: The Seestreitkräfte is the naval element of the State standing at 30,000 members. Often using naval equipment and ships seized during the revolution there is a desire to improve the naval capacity for fear of invasion. The Seestreitkräfte ensures that foreigners stay in designated zones, and leave when the time comes.
Air Force: The Luftverteidigung is the air force element standing at 40,000.
