Sorry but if the USSR manages to piss off that many nations Tito is definitely willing to cut ties just to gain more potential allies cause I mean...cmon. It's already bad the USSR pissed off the US, France and Japan, but now Turkey(who Yugoslavia is trying to open relations with), AND the UK? At that point he's willing to just continue to ally with China and the Andes Union giving materialistic support but thats it lol.

For the navy, slow down the construction of the carrier, and perhaps say that an old battleship that had originally laid half completed is being finished.

The Soviets aren't a real naval threat, and creating a carrier is just submarine bait. A battleship to shell Petersburg, and light cruisers and destroyers for a blockade would be far more effective.
