I hope you guys like this insight into Amelia.
For Zark and Rev, we can do a quick chain of posts if that works for you guys.
For Segral and Atria, how did you two want to connect with us?
For Bentus and Fin converging on the casino, was there anything I could do to help, or did you want to stay on your own for now? I eventually plan to post a mob POV. Would you like me to add any hooks?
For the rest, did you need anything for me to push you guys toward the casino?

This makes him seem strange to people who are not acquainted with him, but in all actuality, he loves to be helpful and social. Often he can be seen talking to guests at Art Auctions or entertaining his friends and family. Though he has a more serious side when in contact with subordinates of his, especially when they mess up. Biography: G.T. Dartmoor was born to a Cornish Father and a Dutch Mother, his father came from a line of Historians and Librarians which made a huge impact on the young lad. The Mother on the other hand was the daughter of an Investor. When both emigrated after marriage to Nueva Iberia they settled in the city of Del Rey by the Santa Francesca District where they both found work. When he was growing up in the Family Home he was taught many important lessons by his Parents, with the occasional visit from his grandparents. At school, he excelled with his grades making learning a virtue, but he did find time to participate in Student Activities like Drama. He always participated in class but was quiet when he felt like he had nothing to say, though his friends did get to see the other side of him more frequently. When he finished his education he was trained in bookkeeping and library sciences. At first, he had no luck trying to find work, but through luck, or Providence he managed to be accepted at the national museum as an Assistant Librarian by the age of 22. To congratulate him his Grandfather on the Mothers side financed him a rare artefact, a magnifying glass. As he tried it out during the visit he saw that it had some, unusual properties. It seemed to make him find things way easier by highlighting them, Phrases in books, and Items in Rooms, and it even made lines to items that he looked for when he focused his mind on the problem. While he was working and still young, he met his future wife. Perhaps due to this, he rose through the ranks of the Library Staff, first as Senior Assistant, then as Associate Librarian, and lastly, when he was 44 he got the promotion to Librarian. Having inherited money from his Grandparents he started to secure the Family House but also redecorated parts of it by buying two or three paintings from somewhat famous artists. During the Earthquake of 73, he was almost squashed by a cascade of Books and Documents at work but luckily was only minorly injured, when he returned home he found everything in order. Sadly his parents passed away by the year of 1980. Now his life is pretty bleak and he does not have too much Family anymore, mostly his brother and his family who moved out a couple of years after he was born. He still works as a Librarian. He's also a bit of a daredevil, often taking on dangerous and illegal augmentations that other ripperdocs refuse to touch. A trendsetter in the augmentations scene, he is always on the lookout for the next big thing, looking for new and innovative ways to improve his work, and constantly experimenting with new technologies and techniques.
Biography: Willis Philips grew up in a lower-class family, with a father who struggled to make ends meet and a mother who worked multiple jobs to support the family. Despite the challenges he faced growing up, Willis was a bright and ambitious young man who was determined to make something of himself. He worked hard to put himself through college, where he studied engineering and gained a deep understanding of the inner workings of machines and technology.
However, Willis was unable to pay off his student debt after graduation. In an effort to make ends meet, Willis made his skills available for illicit employment. Willis quickly discovered the growing market for cybernetic enhancements and augmentations, which were becoming increasingly popular among the city's criminal underworld. Seeing an opportunity to turn his passion for technology into a profitable business, Willis began working as a "ripperdoc", specializing in the installation and maintenance of cybernetic enhancements and augmentations for criminals and other shady characters. His services are not restricted to the criminal underworld, he also offers his services to people from all walks of life who can't afford the expensive cybernetic enhancements from legal companies and hospitals.
Through his work as a ripperdoc, Willis has gained a reputation for being both skilled and reliable. He's able to handle a wide range of augmentations, from simple cybernetic limbs to more complex neural interfaces. His work has brought him into contact with a variety of criminal elements, including organized crime syndicates and gang members, and it's unavoidable to get caught up in their illegal activities. Although he managed to pay off his student debt, Willis soon found himself in over his head with debt from gambling and other vices.
With his debtors closing in, Willis decided to leave his old life behind and start fresh in Del Rey. He knew that it would be a tough road, but he was determined to make a better life for himself.
RP History:Example
Example
ExampleName of Spectre: Limited Tolerance
Appearance: The colony of mathematical equations that make up the spectre appears to be constantly in motion, as if they were being drawn and repelled by some unseen force, shifting and swirling in a mesmerizing and chaotic pattern. The units range in size and complexity, from intricate and large equations to smaller, simpler ones. The colony is cast in a deep gray hue, with flashes of neon blue and green intensifying the equations.
Appearance Type: Colony
Intelligence Type: Non-sapient
Ability Type: Close Range
Ability: Limited Tolerance grants the user the ability to manipulate the repulsive force between objects. The effective range is 10 meters, and the ability does not require field of vision to activate.
Strengths: This ability can be used to fly by pushing away air molecules, to deflect incoming projectiles, or even disintegrate solid objects. The user can also use this power to manipulate liquids and gases, creating a powerful repulsive force to push away objects.
Limitations: The higher the density of the material, the more difficult it will be to use this power, and the closer the user must stand to affect the material. With direct contact, the user can cause an instant disintegration of any solid object, while from a distance, they can create an intense feeling of physical tearing.

Appearance Type: Colony

Ability Type: Close Range
Ability: Limited Tolerance allows users to manipulate the repulsive force between objects. In physics, repulsive forces are the opposite of attractive forces. Attractive forces are the forces that draw two objects together while repulsive forces are those that push two objects away from each other.
Repulsive forces are created when two objects that have the same charge (positive or negative) come into close proximity. This phenomenon is known as electrostatic repulsion. When two objects with the same charge come close together, the charges on each object repel each other, creating a repulsive force.
Limited Tolerance works by manipulating the polarity of the objects in order to either increase or decrease the repulsive force between them. By increasing the charge on one object, the repulsive force will be increased, pushing the two objects further away from each other. Conversely, by decreasing the charge on one object, the repulsive force will be decreased, allowing the two objects to come closer together.

Occupation: University Student, Civil Rights Activist
Personality: Winter is almost stupidly brave and loyal, and if she makes a promise to you, you know she's going to set the world alight and watch it burn if that's what it took. This fiery nature of hers hasoccasionallyoften landed her ina bita lot of hot water, but that doesn't make any difference to her. She forms deep attachements to her friends and family, which make it hard for her to let go and she can come across as jealous and obsessive over those she loves.
Biography: Winter was the daughter of British immigrants who settled in Del Rey looking for a fun retirement place after winning the lottery. She came here when she was 4, but shortly after they arrived, Winter's mum was diagnosed with terminal cancer, and died a few months later, leaving her to be raised with her father, half-brothers and half-sister and her sister. She was very close to her half-siblings, in particular idolising her half-sister Eli.
Winter had a turbulent period during her teenage years when she fell in with the wrong gang. She would hide all sorts of illegal dealings from her family, and got a girlfriend, Summer. Terrified of what her father would say if he found out she likes girls, she hid it from him for 2 years, from when she was 17 to 19.When Winter was 18, she recieved a call that her half-sister Eli had commit s**cide. She was only 35. This naturally devastated Winter, and changed her outlook on the world to a much more pessimistic one. That year she also started working for a local leftist political party as a civil rights activist. The next year, when she was 19, her girlfriend died after some gang v!olence occured in the street and she was caught in the middle. Winter's dad finally found out about her sexuality and often belittled and bullied her for it. Winter sank into depression, until she found an outlet in training with her weapon. She had done so since she was 14, but now she started to really put effort and work into mastering it.
RP History:
None
Acolyte Application
Choice of Weapon: Katana
Armor/Weapon Appearance: A steel katana with gold leaf circuitry designs inlaid on the blade. It has a gold plated grip and a mustard coloured tassel on the pommel.
Years of Practice: 6, taught by her father who was a member of an Acolyte oraganisation
Notable Proficiencies: Winter's abilities manifest in psionic abilities. She is very good at psionic weapon augmentation, being able to manifest a golden looking serpent creature with her sword. She can also superimpose a larger image of her katana over the physical one, allowing for greater reach and a double hit.
Strengths:Limitations:
- Winter excels in ranged combat. With her far reaching abilities and a little luck, she can take down strong melee enemies before they get close.
- Her psionic abilities are remarkable for someone so young. She doesn't look like someone so advanced, and so people often underestimate her.
- Because she is so young, Winter doesn't have full knowledge, mastery or control of her abilities, which can often end up backfiring.
- Because of her slender build and lack of substantial armour, she doesn't do well in melee combat.

Apologies for the delay, fro some reason I thought I had replied to this earlier.
Great app, though with no RP history it is hard for me to truly see your strengths and weaknesses. If you would be okay with it, can I give you a short in universe prompt for Winter and you can write it out however you'd like.

Two weeks before the IC start, Winter is at a civil rights protest.
If you need any lore snippets for this, let me know.
Just a few more snippets needed before I start please!
1. What is the general public's opinion on current affairs, i.e. their thoughts on racial equality, gender equality, LGBTQ+ rights, etc. I need to find something specific for Winter to be an activist for.
2. Where would the most likely place for a protest be? Outside government buildings, the corporations?
3. Would the police, armed forces, etc. be likely to interfere in protests?
