Luciano San Tomas is Latino, being from a family that was once well to do. I see him as wearing glasses and having a moustache. He is young so has a full head of hair, but greying due to the stress. His decision to usually wear bow ties lightens him image a bit and is a sign of his independent and unique streak that runs deep.
Antonia is Latina and unlike her brother is very attractive, even though she has worked, her brother has protected her from many of the hard and scary realities of the world. She is only 20, but unlike Luciano who had to grow up at 9, she has been able to retain some of her optimism. I see her as having long, flowing dark brown hair.
