Name: Lavinia Vaughan
Pantheon: Cthulhu Mythos
Gender: Female
Domain(s): Chaos, Life, Fertility, Vitality, Nature, Creation
Parents: Shub-Niggurath and a human mother
Age: 18
Appearance: Lavina
Powers: Monster Creation: Lavinia has the power to create a variety of monsters, fiends, other creatures and abominations by taking different materials (organic and non) to create life. These monsters can take on different forms, powers, intelligence and more. Blood is a key ingredient in creating new life but other vital fluids can also be used. The complexity of the creation process can take time for her with the strongest taking hours or even days to complete. Lavinia can use this power to "upgrade" her monsters by giving them new abilities, body parts, personality traits, and more, "downgrade" by removing such parts, to even outright reconstructing them should they be badly damaged or died recently or outright deconstruct living ones to be used as materials to create new life.
Monster Manipulation: Lavinia can manipulate the monsters she can create. These commands can range from having them fight for her, perform civilian duties, to some even performing tasks that are more humorous. However the more intelligent monsters can choose to ignore her commands. Other lifeforms made by Shub-Niggurath can also be controlled by Lavinia. However those created by Shub-Niggurath may refuse to follow orders or even ignore them if their mother delivers their own orders instead.
Monster Summoning: Lavinia can summon monsters that she created or those created by her mother, and banish them when she needs to. The current limit to this power is seven. Attempts to summon beyond her current limits causes her to pass out as eight monsters takes much of her energy. These monsters will remain active even if she was knocked out as she is the only one who can dismiss them. Monsters tied to Shub-Niggurath may decide to follow the desire of the dark mother instead of Lavinia and may leave her if the outer goddess wishes for her dark young to return from where they were previously.
Monster Link: Lavinia has a mental link with her monsters. She can communicate with them, have a telepthic/empathic link with them. This link can allow for her to know where her monsters are and know of their condition. She can even use this power to link her senses to witness events the monsters are perceiving and even take direct control over them if need by. Monsters with stronger minds can resist her attempts at control and even linkage. Should she strength the link and one of her monsters are injured, sick, or perish the shock she would feel would affect her mind and body, with death producing the greatest shock.
Monster Empowerment: Lavinia can increase her powers the more of her monsters or other creations of Shub-Niggurath are present. However she uses this increase to charge up the powers of her monsters to make them more effective as she wishes to avoid direct conflict when possible. This power up not only increase the physical and magical abilities of her monsters but increase the rate of regeneration, resistance/immunity to ailments, and may cause some monsters to undergo a metamorphosis to enter a stronger state so long as they remain empowered.
Monstrous metamorphosis: Lavinia can channel the eldritch powers within her to turn others into monstrous and horrific beings. This power can be temporary or permanent depending on her will, as well as how much of a person's body is changed. The transformation tends to depend largely on the individual in question with her having only small parts to decide what would come from the transformation. This power can affect inanimate objects as her eldritch energy acts as life energy and thus infuse objects with enough life energy to make them become targets for her powers. When applied to herself she can decide freely what she would gain from such changes and how long they will last. However, she is loathe to use this power on herself as she tends to lose control to more alien, primal, instincts that came from her eldritch mother.
Main Classes (Pick 4, will be listed in post below): Magic, Science, Power Management, Diplomacy

Background (At least two paragraphs):
Some years ago a young woman dabbled with the dark arts. From greek curses, ancient necromancy, demonology, to obscure and dark rites forgotten by most. This one wish to command the esoteric forces of the world for her own goals. During such dabbles she would find a grimoire that discuss how one can commune with alien gods who exist beyond time and space. The witch would use the tome of eldritch lore and open a rift from the world of man to one of darkness. From the dark a cloud of shadow and blood would materialize. A great and terrible being known by some cults as a great mother would appear before the witch and the two would form a pact; a pact sealed when the dark goddess impregnated the witch with an offspring.
The meeting of the dark goddess would drive the witch mad even as she carried their unholy offspring. The witch was confided into a psychic ward and when Lavina was born she was taken from her stark raving mad mother and put into foster care. The girl's albino features was a noted oddity and her reclusive and introverted nature could have been ruled out as her being excluded by the other children as must found her too creepy to be around, often sensing something was off with her.
Lavina would be adopted a few times but none ever lasted as families would place the child back in the orphanage due to "peculiar" incidents related to the child. Eventually one family would keep the child, the Vaughans. A family of mortals but ones who like her birth mother dabbled with the occult. They choose to adopt Lavina because of the strange stories and believed she was a child of magic. For years she lived in a life some would find comfortable but often lived under the strict supervision of her adopted family. Her powers would show as she can summon, create, and even destroy her own creations, the latter she often fell into a state of depression for doing.
As she grew would prove to be problematic for her parents as aspects of Shub-Niggurath would emerge, particularly the parts that made it be seen as a fertility goddess by some cultures. Not only did the Vaughans have to deal with Lavina finding people attractive but dealing with hormonal teenagers who sought after their daughter. Yet while hormones were their own set of issues another was her powers as new aspects emerge such as her summoning the monsters made by the Mother of a Thousand Young or her turning others into monsters by accident. Other incidents even had Lavina harm or kill people who tried to take advantage of her, harm her in some way to get rid of competition in term of gaining affection of a desired boy or girl, or try to force themselves upon her for rejecting their advances. In one case she was even almost kidnap by a cult before they met a terrible fate caused by her monsters. Other cases had people disappear because of her monsters or the monsters being let loose and causing havoc where-ever they are. Such incidents forcing the family to move to avoid authorities and monster hunters alike.
These incidents would happen a few times and when information about Holy High found itself way to the Vaughans they were quick in sending Lavina to the institute once she was finished with all normal schooling as they fear that she would expose them to the authorities and even fear that she may eventually begin to take more from her eldritch mother than the human one.
