Alright, so first of all, a lot of this is dependent on other nations, especially the help of the United States, for this to happen. Second, I think you should define what you mean by "IRL Kurdistan territory" as IRL Kurdistan includes Turkish Kurdistan. And there is less than 0% chance of Turkey letting go of Kurdistan. Now, if you limit it to Syrian Kurdistan, then you would have quite a bit more chances of success given how crazy things are there right now, but also note that IRL Turkey invaded Syrian Kurdistan in 2016 and now there is an alliance between Kurds and the SNA and some talks about merging the armies IRL. However, that could be changed if America was willing to recognize and sponsor an independent Kurdistan.

There is a similar argument that could be made for Iraqi Kurdistan, insofar as a Kurdistan supported by the US, assuming that the US in the RP is willing to and engaged in the War in Iraq. However, in its current iteration, you will still need to remove that Kurdistan includes any Turkish territory or state that you are currently at war with Turkey.

Also, it would be unlikely that Kurdistan would have received widespread recognition and would still presumably be a "partially recognized state" especially by those in the Middle East. Changing your app to reflect the IRL conditions of Syrian and Iraqi Kurdistan may be much easier for you to be accepted as a Kurdistan.

Alright, so everything about the App is fine until we get to the military.

You cannot change the core structure of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, including building an aircraft carrier or even a nuclear attack submarine, and then state same as IRL history, since you clearly had to change a significant amount of history for the Philippines to have the military that you have listed in your app.

I would recommend checking with wikipedia for their lists of equipment of the Philippine Army and Navy and Air Force for their current military equipment and planned acquisitions as you may find it very helpful in crafting a military. If you are keen on expanding your military, you will have to explain how and why such efforts took place. Unless you are looking at different numbers and sources than I am, the numbers don't align with the IRL military of Philippines. So, if you could explain how and why such efforts were taken, then the app can be fully considered.

While a crown has been rejected by the current Consul Luciano Galiano, rumors are circulating that he may wish to accept it.
Galiano has consolodated his power and has declared Italy "the New Roman Empire" and ha promised a glorious future of expansion and power to the country. Thusfar his economic policies have improved matters and his legal code has preserved stability, but the aggresive nationalism and what some have called "soft fascism" are not universally popular. Galiano has removed the country from the EU, and the economy remained strong and under the Denarius has grown stronger.
Galiano has become increasingly interested in expanding Italy and has been in talks with a number of other nations and regions of nations he deems worth annexing.
