Hello. My last attempt at making this RP was going well until I left for almost a year. Basically, I am hoping to save it and begin the RP once again.

I will be the Russian Empire where Alexander the Third continued the reforms of his father and Nicolas continued on the reforms including modernizing and industrializing the Russian economy.

Given that it starts off as historical, I could pursue a tense détente with you at first that turns more and more into an alliance as WW1 gets closer to starting.
