Biography: (Minimum 2-3 paragraphs)
Micheal "Rebel" Foxheart Schript is an American businessman, stockbroker, and politician currently serving as the 22nd Governor of the US state of Washington. A member of the Democratic Party, he served as CEO of Dignity Co. before successfully running as Governor of Washington in the 2005 Washington Gubernatorial Election.
Born and raised in Spokane, Washington, Micheal graduated in 1990 from Harvard with an undergraduate degree in finance, before getting a master's at Stanford. He founded Dignity Co. two years later with an investment from his wealthy father and family. His company, a pharmaceutical and medical research company, became incredibly successful, yielding 2000 92 billion dollars, mainly from the sale of patents. In 2001, he started selling shares on the Stock Market, where he sold 25% of the company's shares, keeping the rest to himself. In 2003, he purchased a controlling stake in AstraZeneca, merging into Dignity Co. A year later, his father died of Old Age, leaving him the Schript Family fortune, which by then was a fraction of Micheals's own personal wealth.
Micheal used this money to run for Washington Governor as a Democrat. On the platforms of economic growth, the creation of an important 'Seattle Stock Market,' and new infrastructure. He easily won the primary, as his charisma and attractive promises drew small business owners and his previous experience grew rich companies and people to believe he would benefit them. Some have also suspected it was possible he could have bribed electors or paid voters, but no action was taken against him.
On January 16th, 2005, he was inaugurated as the 22nd Governor of Washington. Two days later, he declared that he was working with democrats and bi-partisans in the Washington legislature on an infrastructure bill, primarily focused on the transportation of goods across the state and creating 2 more ports to flourish on the back of increasing trade with Asia. In February, while he was on an interview with CNN, Schript announced he had no intentions of divesting his wealth from his family to an investor, stating that he would not have to let his company die to let his state prosper. In May, his infrastructure came to fruition, as he signed it in front of the Washington Senators, the Secretary of Public Works, and other advisors. He received admiration for the widespread nature of the bill, as many suspected he would ignore rural Washington, focusing on Seattle.
In 2006, he worked with Washington-based banks and companies, including Starbucks, Microsoft, and Dignity Co., to invest in a Washington Stock Exchange in exchange for a slight reduction of taxes. This Stock Exchange slowly grew and by the end of 2006, 2 trillion dollars worth of stocks had been traded. He worked on a bill to reduce taxes by 15% for small businesses, and also founded the Washington Success program, which gave grants to Washingtonians wishing to start a business. During this time, he refused to sign a bill that would create a Gas Tax and also allowed for the creation of an oil pipe. He received criticism for this, but the revenues did aid in the success of the Seattle Stock Market.
He was accused of taking 12 billion dollars from the Washington Success program and funneling it into a development of a new drug for his personal company. In a high-profile hearing, he denied the embezzlement but did say that he had accepted a Health Department grant to his company in the order of 2.5 billion. Although no evidence could be found of the embezzlement, he just barely was found innocent of corruption for the grant, as his defense stated that they had completed the drug, distributed it and that the Health Department gave similar grants. However, a significant portion of the Governors approval rating disappeared, leaving him with a 38% approval for a period, and one pro-conviction journalist said "his hopes of the presidency disappeared like 12 billion dollars from the Washington Success Fund."

Other Info: Governor Schript does not hope for the Presidency, although he does wish for the Vice Presidency or a cabinet post. He is seen by some as a Republican, but his support of small businesses and liberal grants, as well as liberal social ideas give him enough support to stay in the party.

While the app idea is cool, and I'm glad you're showing interest in the RP (welcome!) there are a couple things that need to be fixed.

1. He's a Mary Sue. Young attractive popular Harvard-grad millionaire/billionaire who is governor of an important state. I'd like you to add way more weaknesses (56% popularity is not measley, and dropping to that number is not a weakness)
2. He can't create his own stock exchange
3. He needs an actual facelaim, because this RP is a high-quality post RP and photos are heavily encouraged.
4. I'd like much more bio, please.
5. The scandal would annihilate a career, and that actually is embezzlement. He would be in jail.
6. "Michael" is usually spelled with an "a" and then an "e" unless you want to be creative/give your poor child a hard time in school, it might just be a typo
7. I think he's too young for that whole very long and detailed and impactful record.[/quote]

1. Will work on that. Drop it to 39.
2. If I may, why? No disrespect, but from a quick look, biggies like Microsoft there. If it’s for ooc reasons like plot, that's fine.
3. I added a photo at the top, that's what’s in the spoiler.
4. Will do.
5. He didn’t do it, and I'm not a lawyer, but it just seems shady to do it, not illegal if there’s a paper trail and everything was legal and there’s proof that the governors intervention didn't do it (which he didn’t, btw)
6. Grammarly should’ve done better, will fix.
7. Okay, will boost by 10 years.

Character Application and Information Sheet

NS Nation Name: Meretica
Character Name: Dorothea Victoria “Dorothy” Winthrop
Character Gender: Female
Character Age: 53
Character Height: 5’10”
Character Weight: 120 lbs
Character Position/Role/Job: Businesswoman and Radio Host and Business Woman (2002 to Present)
Character Country/State of Birth: Maine (Augusta)
Character State of Residence: Minnesota (Minneapolis)
Character Party Affiliation: Democratic (1999 to Present); Independent (1973 to 1999); Republican (prior to 1973)
Faceclaim: Gwyneth Paltrow

Main Strengths and Weaknesses:
I Know That Voice: Due to her radio show, Dorothy’s voice is well-known, even if her face isn’t. Her voice is more familiar to voters across New England and the Upper Rust Belt than anywhere else, and her facial recognition is largely limited to those that follow the Caffeinated American on YouTube. She is also known among Redditors with a thread about TCA and she takes a day each month to answer questions on the thread and on-air.

Up with the Workers!: Dorothy has advocated for the repeal of Taft-Hartley but has also called for major unions to be investigated in regards to corruption. This has made her popular with smaller unions rather than larger ones and weakened her among most core voters and wealthier Americans.

I Have Money: Winthrop inherited a significant portion of her money, and while most of it has been used to expand TCA or donated to charitable projects, some are still wary of her wealth and see her as a cop-out for not giving more of it away. She has also been an attendee of the Al Smith dinner since 1999, which has not helped her in this regard.

Outsider Through and Through… Sort Of: Dorothy is a political outsider in the sense that she’s never held political office, barring a short-lived job as an economic advisor in upstate New York. However, she has worked on a number of campaigns, and she has been involved in the campaigns of progressive Democrats. She is also a former Republican.

Feminists Unite: Dorothy is a true feminist, standing strong in support of women’s rights. However, some think that she can take it too far as she doesn’t have a filter, allowing her to come off as a misandrist at times. It does not help that she has never married (and, if someone wanted to look, they’d find that she’s never been on a date with a man, either) and is a closet lesbian.

Fiery, Compassionate, and Truthful… Usually: Dorothy is an assertive woman, strongly supporting programs that help the poor and attack the rich. She supports wealth taxes and more, and she uses factual statistics, but sometimes she can stretch the truth a bit further than is probably wise, leading some to call her an outright liar. She also divides her fortune between investing in her radio show and funding progressives and giving her workers large raises.

There is No God: Dorothy was raised as a WASP, but she quickly fell away from religion. She occasionally attends church (mostly extremely progressive churches) but is not a consistent attendee. She is a closet atheist.

Biography:
Dorothy Winthrop was born July 4, 1953, in Augusta, Maine at Winthrop Manor. A member of the well-to-do family, the Winthrops, she was raised to be a Liberal Republican from an early age and brought up in a political family. Her father and grandfather had served in the Maine legislature as a Progressive and a Liberal Republican respectively, and it was expected that all Winthrop relatives have some involvement in politics. Dorothy was a natural and took to political theory like a fish to water from a young age. Like her father, she was of the Rockefeller-Romney-Warren (as in Earl Warren) stock, being socially liberal and fiscally conservative.

At the age of 13, Dorothy served as a volunteer for a Republican campaign in Maine. She continued to work for his campaign even though he was considered likely to lose, and he did. In 1968, (age 15), she worked for Nixon’s election campaign. She did the same in 1972 but disavowed him after Watergate. She made up for it by supporting Franck Church for president in 1976 and voting for Carter that same year. In 1980, she supported Ted Kennedy in the primaries and wrote him in. In 1984, she worked part-time for Mondale’s election campaign, before supporting Jesse Jackson in 1988 (she voted for Dukakis in the end, despite her dislike of him). In 1992 and 1996, Dorothy worked for the Perot campaign because he was anti-NAFTA. Dorothy moved to Albany, New York in 1997.

Meanwhile, beginning in 1975, Dorothy realized that she was a lesbian after growing close to a girl named Estella Peterson. They attended the University of Maine together, with Dorothy earning a Bachelor’s in Business, a Bachelor’s in Economics, and a Bachelor’s in Journalism while Estella earned a Master’s in Education to be a public school teacher. They spent much of their free time together until Estella fell in love with and married Harold Patterson, a man from New Jersey that was a few years older than they were (1980). Patterson was manipulative and kept his wife from Dorothy in 1988 until Estella committed suicide in 1991. Dorothy was not allowed to come to the funeral but left flowers for her friend after the funeral and leaves additional bouquets several times a year. Due to their relationship, Dorothy was strongly outspoken about AIDs due to anti-LGBT sentiment and remains strongly outspoken on LGBT issues.

In 2000, Dorothy supported (Bill Bradley) in the Democratic primaries; she reluctantly voted for (Gore) over Nader in the general and was disgusted by the Florida results, believing that the election should've gone to the House since Florida's final tally could not officially be created. In 2001, Dorothy was appointed to serve as an economic advisor to Mayor (Jennings) of Albany. However, Dorothy resigned after she was shoved down a staircase (in the middle of a family argument) in 2002 because she broke her femur and was bed-bound for weeks. She now has a very noticeable limp and often has walking issues, sometimes making use of a cane. She also sometimes has intense pain in her side that has stuck with her since the attempt; the pain is usually temporary and quick, and it is well-known that this is an issue she has. She reluctantly takes medication due to the pain that can sometimes be caused by her old injury. One morning in 2005, she fell after forgetting to take her medication and could not stand. A neighbor that had often house sat entered her home to check on her after not hearing from her that day as they were close. This neighbor very likely saved her life. Her cousin Strom now serves as a part-time staffer and is almost always nearby. This particular event was covered up at Dorothy's request, but there is a medical record that could be examined if someone wanted to look for it.

In late 2002, Dorothy started an online news media organization called “The Real American” after resting. It began as a radio talk show based in Maine and New York with extremely progressive and pro-labor leanings. It joined Sirius XM early on and was soon being broadcasted across New England, though the base was moved from the Northeast to Minnesota (this covering practically the entire industrial North) as Dorothy moved there in 2005, still investing heavily into the program. In 2006, the program received attention for its 99-hour "Live on Air Filibuster," conducted during Congressional hearings for the nomination of (Samuel Alito) to the (Supreme Court). Hosts including Dorothy and several others filled in during the event, to allow the show's regular hosts and contributors to rest or take breaks. That same year, TRA joined YouTube and started creating a podcast to share its progressive message. The show's name was changed to “The Caffeinated American” on Election Day; the rebranding was meant to bring in more people from the working class by referencing the drug of choice for most Americans. Since then, Winthrop has been appearing more and more on the show, occasionally hinting that she might run for federal office.

Additionally, Dorothy hit the campaign trail in 2006, campaigning on behalf of several primary challengers and working to elect progressives. Dorothy is a self-proclaimed Democratic Socialist and spent a large amount of time campaigning on behalf of the Democratic Party in Vermont, New Hampshire, Alaska, Georgia, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. She also had brief campaign events in Missouri, Ohio, Michigan, Montana, Maryland, and California.

Winthrop was briefly seen as a potential candidate for the presidency in 2008, but she has declined to run, preferring to focus on her radio show. Dorothy has previously called for investigations into large unions, citing corruption, while also calling for the death of Taft-Hartley. She also inherited much of her wealth (though a sizeable chunk has been given to candidates, charities, and various fundraisers in the North). Winthrop has attended the Al Smith Dinner annually since 2001, which does not help with the view that she’s a little too wealthy to be as far left as she is.

Winthrop is almost always at odds with the political establishment, strongly opposes NAFTA, and sees the current Democratic field as abysmal, with the exceptions of J.J. St. Cierge, though she has yet to endorse him.

Dorothy is currently planning a bid for the US Senate, aiming to gain the DFL Nomination.

The Caffeinated American is broadcasted across New England, the Rust Belt, Missouri, and the Dakotas; it also has some Canadian listeners. In addition to holding radio shows daily, TCA also has a large YouTube viewership, with short and long videos alike being posted five days a week. Workers receive what Dorothy calls a "living wage" of at least $25 an hour, much of which comes from her personal fortune.

Other Info: Family Tree and Summarized Dynamic--

Hey all! I have some time freeing up and am looking to jump back in, likely only as a background player for the forseeable future. I'm looking at a possible Nebraska senator for a good, not too-involved character. Anything significantly new?

Biography: (Minimum 2-3 paragraphs)
Overview
Micheal Foxheart ‘Rebel’ Script is an American executive, businessman, and politician currently serving as the 22nd Governor of Washington since 2005. A member of the Democratic Party, Michael was the founder, owner, and CEO of Dignity Co. Running and winning as the 22nd Governor of Washington in 2004-5, he currently serves in that post.
Born on March 2nd, 1958 to William and Jeanine Schript, he was rich from birth to his parent's operation of a Californian gold mine. He graduate from Harvard in 1980 with a degree in Finance and went to Stanford for a master's. Using seed money from his father and other family members, he founded Dignity Corporation and quickly amended to Dignity Co., a pharmaceutical and medical research corporation. Under good leadership and with continual financial aid from his father, it became a success, developing an effective medication against epilepsy and selling it to the highest bidder.
He continued running his business, and it continued thriving as he opened more branches across the country and North America. In 1998, he put his company on the market, selling only 35% of it. He also joined the Democratic Party that year, contributing 15 million dollars to the campaign of Bill Clinton. His father died in 2004, leaving him the Schript family fortune, which by then was a fraction of his wealth of Micheal.
He used that money to begin a campaign in Washington to become Governor. He promised the support of small businesses and an infrastructure bill as key points, and also said that he would be socially progressive. He ran against the Republican candidate, Sherley Firns, outspending her by 134% to overcome his lack of reputation. He won with the support of 53% of the voting populace and was inaugurated on January 12th, 2005.
He spent his first year tackling infrastructure. He announced in March that he would work with Democrats and bi-partisans to create an infrastructure bill. His plans came to fruition in July, he signed the Washington Trade, Spending, and Infrastructure Bill. The bill gave 24 billion dollars to upgrading ports and roads in Seattle and the coast to benefit from increasing Asian trade. It also gave infrastructure access to rural areas, including an internet connection guaranteed to every county.
In March 2006, he announced the Small Business Support Act was entering the state HOR. The bill created the Washington Success Fund, which would give grants to those wishing to create a small business. He also signed a tax break on companies surfing on the Dot.com bubble, which he justified using Reaganomics. He was accused by a Washington Star journalist to be embezzling 6 billion dollars from the Washington Success Fund. This was found to be false, but he did admit to signing off on a 300 million dollar grant to his company, which he stipulated was not related to his status. Although he was found innocent by a fair margin, public support for him dipped as low as 31%, only recovering slightly after he signed the Social Acceptance Bill in late 2006.
2007 was mostly built around fixing Schript’s image in the aftermath of the Washington Success Scandal. He announced a trade bill in July, which would deregulate highly regulated industries and give subsidies to companies that employed Washingtonians. Today, his approval rating is 42%.
Life Before Politics
Born on March 2nd, 1958 in Spokane, Washington at Mother of God Lutheran Hospital, he was destined for wealth. He was born to an American industrialist named William Schript and an Army Nurse named Jeanine Schript, he was to inherit the family's fortune as the only son.
He was enrolled at St. Joseph High School in Spokane until High School when he went to Spokane Public High School. It is said he almost flunked out in his 1st Year, but by his 4th Year, he was accepted into the Harvard undergraduate business program in 1980. He wrote his final on the applications of long-distance communication as a field. He was accepted to the Stanford Business Program, where he wrote his thesis on the regulation of the aviation field in Washington in 1982.
He was unemployed for 6 months, during which he met Amanda Fold, who he married in 1986, and moved back to Washington. He founded Dignity Co. in 1987, which he funded using seed money from his affluent family and grants from the state. The company was a medical and drug research company, which gained prestige when in 1988 when he sold a patent for a treatment for Epilepsy to a humanitarian.
In 1990, he announced that he would be selling 40% of the company's shares on the New York Stock Exchange. He sold them, and he expanded the company to North America and Europe. He purchased a house in Spokane and had a child named Max in 1997. In 2003, he appointed a ‘caretaker CEO’ she was ‘busy with familial concerns.’ This was his father's declining health, which boiled over in his father's death in the middle of 2004. He inherited the family's wealth.

Governorship of Washington
Campaign
Using the inheritance of his father, Micheal ran as Governor of Washington State. He ran on platforms of economic growth and supporting small businesses. He announced this at a Press Briefing that took place in his office at Dignity Tech HQ, which to some seemed out of touch and elitist.
Often mingling with other men of wealth as well as the common man, Micheal made up for inexperience and some retracted most elite statements by spending 135% more than his opponent, Sherley Firn. He won the election with a 53% margin and especially won in big cities.
He was inaugurated on January 12th, 2005. His inauguration drew crowds of 57,000 Washingtonians. In his speech, he stressed the importance of prosperity and reaffirmed that ‘the American dream of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness is the Washingtonian dream.’

As Governor
On his second day in office, his office released a statement declaring that his focus for the first year would be infrastructure. He signed Gubernetorial Order 1987, which allocated funds to road and bridge repairs. To do this, he notably cut funding for inclusion programs. At the time little cared, but later he was accused of not caring about integration in Washington. Days later, he announced that his office was working with bi-partisans and liberals in the Washington Senate on an infrastructure bill.
The Senate also added spending and trade to the bill, making it so the bill would also deal with deregulation and taxation. On July 4th, America’s independence day and the day the Washington star was added to the US flag, the Senate approved the Washington Spending, Trade, and Infrastructure Bill. A day later, Governor Schript signed the bill on live television and accompanied by Trade Secretary Virkoff.
The bill allocated 600 billion dollars toward the renovation of roads, ports, and railroads. The bill especially focused on trade with China and Asia, which proved smart as Chinese manufacturing increased and trade with China benefitted the state. The bill also involved provisions renovating utilities in rural areas, including securing every county in Washington with a stable, 2G internet connection by 2016. This also meant giving contracts to corporations to secure these lines.
He also signed the Mandate Act. The Act mandates all Washingtonian children receive the measles, smallpox, and pneumonia vaccines, as well as any vaccines the Health Department determines necessary. This was controversial, but ultimately many applauded the move.

In March of 2006, Schript announced the Support Small Business Act. Following public support for the bill and modest Conservative support, the bill passed 2 months later. The Governor signed it a week later, and then signed the 1988 Gubernatorial Order, which appointed the leader of the Washington Success Fund.
The Bill, also known as the Washington Sucess Fund Act, creates the WSF to give out grants to those wishing to start a small business. It also declares public defenders can be used as civil lawyers in a case relating to a small business. The bill gives a 15% tax cut to businesses starting in Washington for the first 8 years of operations.
In June of 2006, Kim Dragonheart of the Seattle Sun wrote an article named ‘Washington Success Fund: Defender of Small Business or Gubernatorial Piggy Bank.’ Although overlooked at the time, she had noticed a 190 million dollar big gap in the accounting of the fund, and also that the Fund had recently shifted high ranking employees at the ‘insistence of the Governor.’ She claimed Governor Schript had embezzled the money into his company, which was facing trouble in Britain due to an oversight when testing a drug.
Schript was called before a Washington House Committee once the article and surrounding theory picked up steam. He was asked to testify why he had asked for a shuffling. Representative Drüm of the GOP asked, “Is there any reason that when, at a time when 200 million dollars are vaporized, you have any witnesses discredited?”
Schript said that he asked for a shuffling so payrolls could be eliminated. Despite denying the claims, he did say he had knowingly signed off on a grant of 80 million dollars to his company. He declared, however, that this was legal and it was not one off, as the Health Department had given similar grants.
Despite being found innocent, his approval rating suffered terribly, dropping at one point to 35%. He was bashed in the press and was placed on the cover of Time’s Magazine in a special edition regarding the scandal.
2007 was mostly spent trying to ‘regain lost support.’ He signed Executive Order 1989, which mainly mandated non-discrimination training in the public sector, and also illegalized the discrimination of minorities in loans. He worked with the Senate to barely legalize gay marriage, which gave him a significant chunk of his democratic supporters back.

Other Info: Governor Schript does not hope for the Presidency, although he does wish for the Vice Presidency or a cabinet post. He is seen by some as a Republican, but his support of small businesses and liberal grants, as well as liberal social ideas, give him enough support to stay in the party.

Not too much, the main focus has been on the Presidential race. Congress has changed speaker but I don't think any bills have passed since your character left.

Thank you for taking my notes! Just a couple more.

1. I do want to see some more weaknesses, please.
2. Who is the facelaim photo of? That way other people can use it when photos of your character are necessary.
3. Gay marriage was not a popular position in 2007, even for Democrats. But Washington did legalize a registered domestic partnership in 2007, so maybe he could try to expand that to civil unions? That was a much more popular position.
4. Executive Order 1989 is either already federal law (discrimination against minorities in loans) or borderline unconstitutional (mandating non-discrimination training in workplaces) and neither would bring the popularity of a governor who embezzled 190 million dollars
5. Vaccines are already mandated by the Health Department
6. 69 billion dollars is more than the richest man in the world in 2007.
7. The reason he can't create his own stock exchange is because 1. that's not something a governor can really do and 2. major stock exchanges are created in cities with large financial sectors and a powerful position in that nation's economy.

Other than those, I think it looks pretty good.

Also, I think I said this, but he didn't do it. He did do something shady with the grant, but it was legal. Some of the public think he did, though.

The Act mandates all Washingtonian children have health insurance. This was meant to decrease the cost of insurance for everyone, and it did drop by 21%. The act was controversial and among poorer citizens was seen as benefitting the rich, but as the price decreased people became amiable to the idea.

He declared, however, that this was legal and it was not one-off, as the Health Department had given similar grants.
Despite being found innocent, his approval rating suffered terribly, dropping at one point to 35%. He was bashed in the press and was placed on the cover of Time’s Magazine in a special edition regarding the scandal.
2007 was mostly spent trying to ‘regain lost support.’ He signed Executive Order 1989, which strengthened unions and strengthened many laws by making it more difficult to skirt the intent of the laws (ie, you can't be fired for something dumb and fake after you talked about unionizing). He worked with Senate Democrats and made backroom deals trying to enact the Homosexual Partnership Act, which would allow gay and lesbian couples to register domestic partnerships, marriages in all but name.

Other Info: Governor Schript does not hope for the Presidency, although he does wish for the Vice Presidency or a cabinet post. Some see him as a Republican, but his support of small businesses and liberal grants, as well as liberal social ideas, give him enough support to stay in the party.

No, here. You know ow how the government gives money to researchers? Dignity was developing a long term treatment for PTSD, Schript barely knew because he was governing. It just so happened the Health Department gave funds to Dignity so they could develop their meds, just like they might any other company developing meds. So, it's not illegal, because he didn't get it, and it was money given out like a normal grant.

Character Position/Role/Job: Governor of Washington and CEO of Dignity Co.
Character Country/State of Birth: Spokane, Washington, United States

Faceclaim: Adam Conover
Main Strengths: Schript is incredibly wealthy, his bank balance estimated to be 52 billion dollars, not to mention his stock options. He is supported in Seattle especially, as economic growth due to the Stock Exchange and infrastructure programs aided the city during a slight financial recession. He's also supported by small and large business owners due to his generous application for grants. He is also relatively young, and handsome.
Main Weaknesses: The Washington Success Scandal is still fresh in the public imagination, and his approval rating dropped to a mere 43%. Some more liberals also see him as a lapdog to large businesses, including his own. He is also bashed by environmentalists for his pro-oil stances. Some democrats dislike him for his Reaganomics, although Republicans like it, so it's a weakness and a strength. He's disliked in California, as he is seen as the reason more Asian trade doesn't go through there.

Can you elaborate? Ultimately, it likely wouldn't have to change too much to just say nothing happened, but I think the dip in popularity is better if something shady happens.

We have a thing about hot shots in this here place. Not only is he a hot shot (young and handsome rich dude becomes Governor of a state and also causes massive scandal), but we generally prefer new players that haven't been involved in the community before to take a place in the House of Representatives, in order to feel out their place in the RP and as a way to gauge their ability and their activity level. With that in mind and with the issues in the app itself that have been brought up, I'd advise you to try making a House member first and revisit the WA GOV idea at a later time.

Ok. Bit disappointed, but as someone who calls himself a writer, I'm not bastardizing him anymore, and I don't particularly want to have to read through the congress page. In any event, I might try again later. Thanks.
