SECTION 3: Access to Documentation

American manufacturers must provide relevant repair documentation to any consumer that requests it, or it must be included with products upon purchase. This shall be at no cost to the consumer.

Manufacturers must also sell adequate replacement parts and/or tools to consumers.

He seems to have nailed down most Democratic constituencies, and the downside is that he's "too Christian" which isn't going to be much of a problem unless he becomes a religious nut. He's hard core socially conservative on issues like abortion, same-sex marriage, school choice, faith-based initiatives, stem-cell research...he' also likes to gamble--apparently too frequently. The federal minimum wage will be set at:


1. $5.85/hour, beginning 60 days after the date of enactment;
   
2. $6.55/hour, beginning 12 months after the date of enactment;
   
3. $7.25/hour, beginning 24 months after the date of enactment.

SECTION 3: Applicability to Northern Mariana Islands.

The minimum wage for the Northern Mariana Islands will be set at $3.55/hour, beginning 60 days after the date of enactment, and increase $0.50/hour (or such lesser amount as is necessary) every 6 months until it reaches the federal minimum wage.

SECTION 4: Applicability to American Samoa.

The Department of Labor shall continue to promulgate minimum wage for American Samoa, but shall increase that minimum wage by $0.50, beginning 60 days after the date of enactment, and continue increasing $0.50/hour (or such lesser amount as is necessary) every 6 months until it reaches the federal minimum wage.
