How do I make a sig?

I can't figure it out. I've been looking around the Technical FAQ's and I can't find how to.

Can somebody help me? Please?

Click 'User Control Panel' then look under Profile. You'll see Edit Signature there.

Just remember to read this.

It basically tells you to not make your signature past 8 lines, advertise for someone, post anything obscene, nor post obscene links.
