Deeply apologize all, but I think I will need to drop out, it takes far too much to actually manage this game compared to the previous. I feel like Machaka is probably closest, or can make the Eleskar NPC of some persuasion, they did end on a militaristic streak there.

Well, that depends if you actually want to swap to the Magisterium, or merely annex as much of them as you can as the Machaka.

Some of it, certainly. That largely depends on how many of the Eleskari actually accept Machakan overlordship - I imagine many of the mages will be unwilling to accept the unmagical rulers of Machaka as equals, and the peasantry will be leery of being bound to slavery.
