Anywho, how about having Mattox serve as the Assistant Dem Caucus Chairman? Whip & Assistant Speaker don't fit him, and that'd make him the #4 among House Dems. We could say it was a consolation for him to be less vocal about Crawford being Minority Leader instead of Simone.

Okay, I'm writing an app for House Whip right now. If Maugrym had a character who served as Whip previously when did they step down? I'm planning to have this character step into that position as soon as that character left.

Honestly, I'd say just go with what you feel would be better

But personally, due to my own bias as Hertzog's player, I'd love another Dem Senator. Plus, at least in my personal opinion, having a Whip character while there isn't a Leader character could end up as a bit of an awkward dynamic.

Mattox served as Whip from 2011 to 2019, so next person would have started on Jan 3, 2019 at the very earliest.

Would the Republicans accept having Eric Roffe in a Senate leadership position somewhere to appease his supporters? I might quickly reapp for him again, if at least to provide some Republican opposition to Richardson's fiscally populist plans - although this Eric Roffe will be highly fiscally conservative, as an advance warning.

EDIT: If this isn't possible I'll just have him have no position but be more of an influencer of the conservative bloc in the GOP.

Yes, but I'll change him up a bit so he runs for Senator after some point or maybe even make him a Senator for the entire duration duration he was Governor.
