My estimation would probably be.
1: USA
2: United Kingdom - since China probably hasn't been able to pass yet. May pass in a decade or so if KMT plays business-friendly.
3: China
4: India
5: Germany - Nazi economy was a total shambles even before the war, would probably have crashed by 1940 at the very latest if they hadn't gone to war and built a looting economy.
6: National France
7: Italy
8: Japan - hadn't taken off yet by 1950.
9: Canada
10: Brazil
11'th would probably be Argentina since the country hadn't been run into the ground yet.

They've lost practically all of their land, including their capital and second largest city, and have been squashed into a thin slice of mountainous almost-wasteland sandwiched between Germany and Hungary. I'm curious if all Slovaks were relocated there or if there are significant minority populations in Hungary?
And while we're on the topic, what happened to the Slavs in general? This is mostly directed towards Germany. Were the Czechs exterminated/relocated? If they were relocated to pave way for German settlement, where'd they get sent to? What happened to the non-Jewish poles? Were they enslaved like the Russians or exterminated for more lebensraum? How is Russian/Ukrainian/Belarussian slavery dealt with? Are their German masters free to move their slaves into the fatherland to use them as cheap labor or are they forced to keep them in the former USSR lands?
I don't know what Sao says but I would think that after the German crash and the switch from the Nazi extermination policy to enslavement the Polish General Government would basically be turned into a polish reservation right next to the German border where the Nazis to import slaves to the Reich from whenever needed. Maybe a population of 12/13 million but with there would probably also be a few million Polish slaves in Germany at any one time. Maybe something similar would have happened with the Bohemia-Morvia Protectorate.
The Germans would probably be trying to turn Ukraine into a source for cheap food for Germany, it might have turned into something like the pre-Civil War American South with German landowners sitting on massive rural estates worked by Ukrainian slaves, a population of 25/30 million maybe. If RK Ostland exists it might have seen some semi-successful Nazi colonization, at least in the Baltic states due to their small populations but there would surely be active partisan groups of every stripe hiding out in the Baltic forests, maybe even some escaped Jewish partisans.

For really, I think that the poorest he that is in England hath a life to live as the greatest he. And therefore truly, Sir, I think it's clear that every man that is to live under a Government ought first by his own consent to put himself under that Government. And I do think that the poorest man in England is not at all bound in a strict sense to that Government that he hath not had a voice to put himself under.

I can't really decide on either, so I guess you guys can consider this a poll of sorts.
1. Vatican City: My idea for the Vatican is that in this timeline it would become far more politically involved than it ever did in OTL as it looks at the result of a victorious Reich and agree that they cannot allow Germany to continue and remain in the good graces of God (They don't like other fascists either, but considering that they're literally surrounded by one, they're going to focus on their largest problem first). With time it will likely begin to allow (insert NATO equivalent here)'s agents to take asylum in it/work through it (Pius XII, who would be Pope at the current date of the RP, probably wouldn't be ballsy enough to do that though he will begin the anti-Nazism) and perhaps even create it's own "intelligence" organization to help cause problems for the Germans if it ever got confident enough to do so, mostly in maintaining links to resistance movements and intelligence sharing as it did OTL (this is a bit outlandish and I'm still 50/50 on the idea of them having their own agency because of how hard it would be for the Vatican of all places to set that up, but it would give me things to do and may also be interesting). Hopefully it'd also be able to leverage it's religious influence in places like Italy, Spain, etc to lobby for human rights and keeping the Germans from doing anything really bad to Catholics as the Papacy gets more involved in anti-Nazi action.
TL;DR: Vatican decides that they really should keep the Nazis from genociding all the minorities and tries to stand against them through diplomatic and covert means much like they did OTL, just on a much larger scale. Also will probably try and keep the rest of mainland Europe from being dickheads in the meantime.
2. Turkey: For Turkey I was thinking that they would try and create their own Middle Eastern Bloc in opposition to pretty much everyone else, playing the Germans and Americans off each other for their own benefit as they try and supplant Italy as the Meditarían power. Turkey here would probably be the head of the non-aligned movement in this timeline (assuming that the Indian player doesn't beat me to it), creating the 3rd world in an attempt to secure it's own power. I'm still thinking up some ideas for this one but having another force in the Middle East may be interesting. (Note: I'm aware that there is a reservation for Turkey at the moment, but seeing as of the current moment that player seems to be inactive I'll have this posted as an alternative should said reservation ever expire.)

Population: 14,251,167 (1952 Estimate), split between 13,812,086 in South Africa proper and 439,081 in Namibia.
Official Language(s): Officially English and Afrikaans, although numerous other languages are spoken by South Africa's native inhabitants as well as its migrant communities, particularly South African Indians and Cape Malays
Ethnic Breakdown: South Africa is a multiracial country with numerous different ethnic groups within it. Black South Africans are by far the most numerous people group within the country, accounting for nearly 70% of the population. The most dominant groups are the Bantus, with groups like Xhosa and Zulu predominant in the population, although San groups are most numerous in the northwest and in Namibia.
White South Africans are around 20% of the population but are by far the most dominant group of people politically and economically. Although diverse in of themselves, white South Africans are predominantly split between descendants of English colonists from the 18th century onwards, and Afrikaners, who are descendants of Dutch settlers who settled around modern day Cape Town in the 17th century.
Coloureds are the descendants of interracial marriages and relationships between whites and blacks and are the third largest minority at nearly ten percent of the population. Coloured peoples are concentrated in the more liberal parts of South Africa, primarily the Western Cape as well as around Cape Town itself.
The small remainder of the population are Indian or Asian South Africans, who make up around three percent of the population. Indians and Asians are families of economic migrants and indentured servants during the 19th and early 20th centuries, and live predominantly in the former colony of Natal, particularly around the port of Durban.
Religious Breakdown: South Africans are overwhelmingly Christian, with nearly 80% of the population belonging to a wide number of Christian denomininations, principally Protestant denominations like Anglicans, Calvinists, and Lutherans, with a significant minority of Roman Catholics.
In terms of minor religions, around four and a half percent practice traditional African religions. Islam and Hindus account for roughly one percent each, and Jews one and a half percent. Other religions account for nearly two percent of the population.
Atheists, agnostics, or otherwise irreligious people account for nearly eleven percent of the population.

Type of Government: Semi-presidential republic
Head of State: Governor General Gideon Brand van Zyl
Head of Government: Prime Minister J. G. N. "Kosie" Strauss
Legislature (the name of your national legislature): Parliament of South Africa
Legislative Houses (if your legislature is bicameral): The Parliament of South Africa is divided between the House of Assembly, which has 150 seats, and the Senate, which has 44 seats.
Party in Power: No single party has power in South Africa, with the current government composed of a coalition between the United Party and the Labour Party.
National Issues:
1. Crossroads: South Africa is being torn in two directions. On one side, the United States is vying for influence over the South African government, as well as the hearts and minds of the South African people. Ever since the implementation of the Truman Doctrine, the South African government has been an area of focus as one of the few democracies within Africa, and one of the few in the British Commonwealth that it could influence. Jan Smuts, Prime Minister of South Africa since 1939, welcomed the political backing while ostensibly retaining South African jurisdictional sovereignty, particularly regarding the issue of segregation in South Africa. As such, the governing coalition could perhaps be described as "friendly" to the United States, if Washington remained uninvolved in South African domestic affairs.
On the other side is Nazi Germany, who has cultivated long-standing relationships with both the National Party and the Afrikaner Party, the latter an Afrikaner nationalist party advocating for Afrikaner rights. The relationship between the Germans and the National Party is complicated at best; officially the leadership rejects the ideas of the Nazis and of fascism in of itself, while advocating for a more stringent segregationalist policy known as apartheid. Many within the National Party had opposed South Africa's involvement in the conflict, and had welcomed the British peace treaty in 1943. In addition, National Party members and elected politicians have been known to engage in antisemitic rhetoric, although this was suppressed during the war years, and has subsequently been allowed to persist in limited capacity since 1943. The Afrikaner Party is more overt about its nationalist tendencies and support for continued white supremacy in South Africa. Among its ranks include volkstaaters, nationalists who advocate for a separate, entirely Afrikaner state. Officially both parties have stated that they remain free of foreign influence, but unofficially the Abwehr may have been able to gain a foothold and influence with the small but vocal New Order faction lead by Nazi sympathiser and overt Germanophile Oswald Pirow, although following Pirow's attempted arrest and flight to Germany in 1945, this faction has subsequently died down. In addition, the National Party sees German support for an independent, Afrikaner dominated South Africa as important in achieving its aims.
2. The Smuts Legacy: If South Africa is being torn in two directions externally, then the governing coalition in also being torn in two between supporters of Smuts and the progressives, who want to reform South Africa to elevate the status of blacks and Asians to that of the Coloureds, mixed race people, who must be said, are enthusiastic supporters of the United Party. But the divisions between the primary factions, as well as the relationship with it's coalition partner the Labour Party, threaten to bring down the party over the issue of one of the more controversial aspects of Smut's legacy: racial segregation.
Much of the 1930's was spent limiting the political and social involvement of blacks and Asians within South African society, with restrictions including where they could live and where they could work, as well as officially banning them from being able to vote. This had continued after the war in Europe had concluded, with the Smuts government introducing the same limitations on South Africa's Indian population, drawing the ire from a newly independent India in 1947. Smuts continued this policy through until his death in September 1950.
The progressive faction within the United Party cite the Fagan Commission as being the course of action forwards for the United Party and for South Africa as a whole. They are lead by Jan Steytler and Helen Suzman, who both oppose the current restrictions on blacks and Asians and want the policies abolished, or at the very least, carried out in the manner with which the Fagan Commission recommended. Both oppose the rival Sauer Commission convened by the National Party with the intent of expanding existing segregationist policies. The progressives include a number of war veterans who served with the South African Armed Forces against German and Italian forces in Africa, and see the creeping tide of fascism in South Africa as the sacrificing of lives in vain. The progressives also state that Smuts himself supported the Fagan Commission and its recommendations.
Opposing them are the conservative faction in the United Party, sometimes derisively referred to by opponents of racial segregation as "hardliners". The leader of the faction is the incumbent Prime Minister, Kosie Strauss, who supports the retention of social and political segregation if only for political reasons and a broader support for the legacy of Smuts' pro-segregationist views. Strauss, like many of those on his side, is more concerned with electability and keeping the National Party out of power, recognising that a substantial proportion of white South Africans are concerned about black African economic and social ambitions, as well as their broader support for racial segregation. To his credit, Strauss opposes calls for Coloureds to be removed from the electoral rolls in South Africa, if only because of their support for the United Party. The conservative faction is backed by the South African Labour Party, who represent the interests of the white working class, and support segregationist policies to protect white South African workers.
Faced with this, the party will have to come to terms with growing dissastisfaction within the party as the progressive faction tries to assert itself, while also facing outside pressure for reform. The party, however, recognises that National coming to power would be disastrous for South Africa, as well as the bitter opposition most have against German influence and the fascist elements within South Africa's political opposition. As the decade progresses, the United Party may become one of disunion, as tensions between the different factions could tear the party apart.
3. The African Question: The last twenty years have seen the South African government devote an extensive amount of time to the "native problem" in order to regulate and restrict the movements, as well as economic, social, and political participation of black South Africans. This has not gone unnoticed by those these segregationist policies have directly impacted. Since 1912, the African National Congress, commonly known by the acronym ANC, has lead the resistance against racial segregation in South Africa. ANC and black African leaders have taken inspiration from both domestic and international Indian rights movements, particularly that lead by Mahatma Gandhi for Indian independence, and more recently, the Double V campaign in the United States. Under the leadership of James Moroka and with the influence of the leaders of the ANC's youth wing; Nelson Mandela and Walter Sisulu, the ANC seeks to expand its efforts to begin a nationwide action movement against the racial segregationist policies in South Africa.
The ANC has devoted itself to supporting protests and labour movements advocating for the rights of black Africans in addition to supporting rights movements like those led by the Indian National Organisation (INO). This is predominantly done through strikes, boycotts, and disobedience, resulting in many deaths as well as numerous arrests and imprisonments of ANC members and sympathisers. This has called into question whether or not the dedication to non-violence in the face of state repression is effective and bringing about change, and some have begun to wonder whether or not the ANC can bring about peaceful and democratic change for black Africans in South Africa. Nonetheless, the leadership of the ANC have pinned its hopes on reform coming through it's planned Defiance Campaign, scheduled for June.
In the mind of the ANC, it's not a question of if, but when, black South Africans are delivered their rights as human beings. The question that remains is how South Africa gets to that point. Even within this movement, there are questions and divisions about the path forwards for black emancipation, and South Africa as a whole.
Public Goals: Preserve political and social stability in South Africa, continue to improve and develop her infrastructure and industry, maintain positive relations with major trading partners
Private Goals: Resolve the internal dispute between the progressives and the conservatives, prevent the fascist influence from growing, prevent any form of communist movement establishing themselves in South Africa
GDP (nominal): $5.48 billion
Currency: South African rand
Economic System: The South Africa economy is a capitalist economy with significant government influence and regulation.
Major Trade Partners: United States, Great Britain, Oceanic Federation, Germany, Bechuanaland, South Rhodesia, India
Alliance(s): None officially.
