In Serbia, Josip Broz Tito's movement was popular even before the war, but after its defeat in the war with Bulgaria in 1941, an uprising broke out. Angry peasants and workers rushed to collect their place. Quickly taking over most of the country, they forced the former ruler to surrender. Some of them wanted to recreate the idea of ​​Yugoslavia, most wanted to regain the lands lost from the Bulgarians. Now Tito and his followers have stabilized the interior of the country ... I'd be willing to say their governors or administrators are, at most, basically like territorial governors in the US, so not full protectorates with charge of their internal affairs, but close. Thats the maximum though, you can even say they have no autonomy and are occupied territories if you want.

Like IRL Belgium's evolue policies in this time period, there would be a upper class consisting of seasonal European workers, with an African working class that can be used as a cheap labor force for industry and resource extraction. This would create a large market to consume German goods, while also allowing Germany to outsource labor to its colonies. Of note are the German Askari, who would be receiving a pension like IRL, and would form the basis of a new middle class.

I mean, I Ernst Jünger isn't very realistic due to not being part of Mittelafrika, and Lindeiner doesn't seem like a good fit for his group, but Rabingen did serve in the Schutztruppe from 1913 under Vorbeck.

I'm sorry, but denied, because Lukas Phillips and Tobias Smith aren't people with sources on them, nor is the country named the United States of Austria. Even if they were real people who actually lived in Austria(instead of America), I'd be iffy on them gaining power.

If you still want to play Austria, here's a suggestion(you don't have to do this): name them the United States of Greater Austria, or USGA for short, have Kaiser Karl be head of state and Otto Ender head of government.
