It would be preferable that the Speaker arrive to meet with the Prime Minister relatively soon. So maybe around May 18-20th? I am willing to co write over TG or whatever really. It could be quicker that way instead of a back and forth in the IC, but I am open to whatever.

I would just like to say, the event that Japan has planned will likely not start a major conflict, but it will be executed soon while there is still the opportunity. However talks with the Prime Minister, or any of the civilian government won't prevent it since this will be an instance of the military exercising its relative autonomy. They won't even know it is about to happen. And if the select target keeps quiet, to avoid escalation, then they won't know it ever happened at all.

Btw, would you prefer to co write the Japanese operation, or just a back and forth in the IC? It is more of a was it successful or not type of thing though. The chances of anything continuing is unlikely.

You know, its not like you are launching a 4 front war (unless you are) and need to do it simultaneously. You could just post with what you have and wait for the other two responses since I presume it is just sending back a diplomatic letter.

My operation thing is being planned on the 21st and executed on the 30th, so if you are doing something before then, it would be good to know.
