History: Our point of divergence begins on 6 February 2013, as the first ripples of the European migrant crisis began within Germany so did the first emergence of national populism within the country. AfD, unlike in our timeline, began with a concrete and a more right leaning manifesto and organized platform that emphasised strong anti-Eurozone views and limited immigration. I do not see libertarianism being so prominent in UAE that libertarians could topple the government. You can have the UAE follow libertarian economics if you want - and that would be realistic - but not have a libertarian government.

Going to have to ask you to make two more corrections, and you are ready to be approved. Firstly, while a constitutional monarchy would be acceptable, it would not be liberal (in the Western/broader sense of the word) and it would happen gradually. Secondly, I would have to veto a takeover of Oman, as I do not find it realistic. Edit your history and government to show a more gradual democratization process and remove the part about Oman.

Also, no ancaps. It just is not realistic. You can have right-libertarians, but not ancaps in government.
