For example, I have plans of introducing potential Persian-Afghan cooperation in the future, so who or what would be responsible for Afghan response and the such?

Unless it was built in Vladivostok (Which is being invaded by Russo-Japanese War MK.2 Electric Boogaloo) or in the Baltics, pretty sure you could just sink it anyways...

Okay, just know that the Ottomans do have naval superiority currently (as far as I believe), and any Aircraft Carrier in 1910 is going to be extremely crude and inefficient...
You'd have probably been better off with a Dreadnaught instead tbh, Aircraft Carriers were not really useful until WW2

Traden, Tbilisi was indeed seized a while back, and a primitive Aircraft Carrier wouldn't be able to turn the tide of a land battle anyway, even if that battle was still occurring...

In addition, I haven't seen you creating a post detailing the invention of a bomber, especially one light enough to be on an Aircraft Carrier, so creating a sizable outcome for a land battle from the air is simply imposssible currently...
I'd suggest editing the IC post, say you defend Krasnodar or Grozny from Ottoman incursion instead, make sure that's not left open...

Technology is developing fast. (ICF left your nation with a tank, so you're good for now.) Ottomans and Russia are in war, with Bulgaria supporting Russia. Germany and Russia are in peace talks after a war. Ottomans captured most of the Southwest Caucasus and Bulgaria is kicking their ass. Persia is beginning to rise as a formidable power, and wants to be rid of Russo-British control. Germany took Denmark. Greece, Serbia, and the Ottomans are trying to form a peace agreement between themselves after a short flare-up. Russia built an Aircraft Carrier and France is currently watching on the sidelines, along with Italy, Austria-Hungary, and every Asian nation except Japan, who is also at war with Russia.
