Could I Reserve the Electorate of Saxony with the borders at the time of the Napoleonic Wars?

Sure can.

I have noticed concerns from some of the players here and I wanted to say that while I am still running this RP, it has taken on a rather "slow-burn" playstyle.

Therefore it shall be played as such, posts from me will be consistent but I, and many of us here do have lives away from our computers and our own stuff to take care of.

Noted, I was just particularly concerned as some people have been gone for weeks and it is hard to know who is busy and who just left. Thank you for the update.
Looking forward to having an Egypt and Britain player come along!

The Army is divided into the 16000 Men strong Infantry, 4000 Strong Cavalry, and 2000 Men strong Logistics department. The Army is divided into Groups called "Schwadronen" which consist of 4000 Infantry, 1000 Cavalry, and 500 Logistics Personnel. There are 4 of the Schwadronen Numbered 1-4, the first one is being led by von Rechten, the second one is being led by von Thümmel, the third one is being led by Sänger, the fourth one is being led by von Niesemeuschel.

Navy size and breakdown: Non-Existent
Main trading partners/ allies: Other HRE Nations, Austria
Current position on Napoleon (allied, against, neutral): Neutral

Industrialization is good for a lot of things, but the Nation wants to start because it doesn't want to be the last one and be left in the dust.
My Mining Mine
The Mines of the Nations were good and rich, but there still would be a great need for Minerals and Ores and so the Nation needed to find more Ore Veins.
Major foreign issues:
The Thuringian Question
Once a Territory in the Nation in the 14th Century, the now independent territories were an insult to the Nation and so needed to be integrated.
Cut of Sea
The Nation was a mercantile one but did not have any Coast, so it depended on Naval Nations for Naval thread.
Diplomacy
Due to recent tensions in Europe, the Nation is quite worried about an Invasion.

Major domestic issues:
Underdevelopment - The Ottoman rule and the war did not help the already bad Serbian economy. Only industrialized part of the state are the major cities.
Ottoman insurgents - Despite our victory against the Ottomans, some Turkish and Islamic settlers stayed in Serbia and Montenegro, causing havoc in parts of the kingdom.
A fragile union - we did win, and we did unify the Serbs. However, in these times when nationalism and Republicanism are in an all time high, many Serbian revolutionaries have started to question if the union can stand. The pesky Ottoman settlers worsen this situation even more.
Major foreign issues:
Semi-Unrecognized - The Kingdom is a very young state, and despite our victory in the Belgrade Revolution, many states do not recognize us as a sovereign state. However, we forced the Ottomans to recognize our independence and sovereignty and cancel their claims on our territories.
Bastion of Balkan Liberty - we are the first (and possibly the last) state to ever gain independence from the Turks. Because of that, mass migration from Ottoman territories such as Bulgaria and Albania started. We fear a migrant crisis could happen.

History:
POINT OF DIVERGENCE:
- 1788 - The Serbian Uprising of Pomoravlje in 1788 is heavily supported by the Serbian people, as a deal is struck between the Serbian and Montenegrin revolutionaries. This revolt is crushed.
- 1789-1790 - The Revolutionaries start to raid Ottoman forts and garrisons, gaining equipment for the last revolution. Recruitment of ordinary Serbian citizen starts. This causes the Serbian Liberation Army (Serbian: Oslobodilačka vojska Srbije) to form, which has about 50.000 members.
- 1791-1795 - The Belgrade Revolution. The SLA takes control of Belgrade and other major cities, as other Serbian militias join them in the fight. Ottoman forces are forced to surrender after the last battle in Minićevo. Ottomans are forced to recognize the state and abolish their claims on Serbia and Montenegro.
- 1796 - being cut off from the mainland, the Bosnian republic is declared. However, it soon falls into a civil war as clashes between islamists and Slavs begin. Serbia-Montenegro takes advantage of this and seizes lower Bosnia, to much happiness of the Slavic populace.
