If he's gonna drop out lets say you barely win and Napoleon pulls back to France.
Then I will scour around for a player to take up the mantel, or just rp as France until we get said player

Current position on Napoleon (allied, against, neutral): Allies under duress
Major domestic issues: Due to the French victories, there is slow rising support for a fully constitutional monarchy and even slight support for republicanism
Major foreign issues: Forced into allowing French troops to have free access through her lands and will probably be expected to join France in a potential War of the Second Coalition. Currently looking for any way to escape from France's diplomatic and military stranglehold. Also, there are desires to unite Italy, but these are secondary to wanting to deal with Napoleon.
History: When the First Coalition was called, Sardinia was extremely quick to join. The threat of republicanism loomed large in the minds of many of the Sardinian and Piedmontese nobility. Unfortunately, due to a series of military blunders, Sardinia was forced to sign the humiliating Treaty of Paris in 1796. The treaty forced Sardinia to cede Savoy and Nice to the French and allow French troops free access through Piedmont. An especially humiliating clause also forced Sardinia to follow France in her foreign policy and to adopt the franc as her currency. After the death of Vittorio Amadeo III, his son, Charles Emmanuel IV, took to the throne and quickly engaged in reforms designed to appease the French. He adopted a new constitution, which established an appointed Senate and an elected Chamber of Deputies. It also guaranteed equal rights to all citizens and clearly stated the role and powers of the King. Charles is currently planning on using the French alliance to gain as much of Northern Italy as possible before switching sides and opposing Napoleon.

Not only can Britain do so, but they have already done so in a quite spectacular fashion. The IRL Napoleonic wars proved it as Britain fought in Europe, India, and the Americas simultaneously with successes and victories in all three theaters. The Seven Years War played out similarly with Britain fighting on multiple continents and still winning despite being massively outnumbered.
Lessons have been learned from previous wars, and Britain also has the advantage of being the most industrialized country in the world at this time. If there is any country that can fight on multiple, fronts across oceans, and against multiple formidable enemies, it's likely the UK.
The only thing the British won't confront are dentists.

“It is difficult for me to imagine what “personal liberty” is enjoyed by an unemployed hungry person. True freedom can only be where there is no exploitation and oppression of one person by another; where there is not unemployment, and where a person is not living in fear of losing his job, his home and his bread. Only in such a society personal and any other freedom can exist for real and not on paper.” -J. V. STALIN

Alright, I think I'm going to be withdrawing from the RP. I think Napoleon defeating you is the most realistic thing to happen, and the most interesting considering the french army will continue to india without him.
