My plan is to try and achieve naval supremacy in the Baltic Sea, to set back support from the UK and France. I will then use it to blockade Estonia, before deploying land forces and taking it. I assume the USSR will annex the entirety of the territory?

Will the USSR annex the entirety of Estonia? I assume Latvia will also be invaded soon. I agree that an uncooperative Lithuania could be an issue, they are the most poweful Baltic country. It may be wise to support some unrest, and when revolution breaks out, install a puppet government.

The Leaders of the United Chinese Alliance and the newly split Republic and Communist Republic of China, Mao Zedong and Chiang Kai-shek have officially arrived in the city of London for the summit requested by French PM Gaston Domergue and British PM Winston Churchill. They now will be going to discuss on how to counter the threat of Communism and Fascism in Europe, and also on how to deal with Japan in Asia.

The proud Dutch Destroyer Vessel, HNLMS Van Halen, on the seas towards the mouth of the Thames. It and it's crew are personally escorting a steam yacht, which contains a small entourage including the current Prime Minister of the Netherlands, sir Hendrik Coljin. They will dock in the harbors of London, in order to attend some diplomatic conference in the city.

A small amount of time had passed for the Prime Minister, and an additional Entourage at sea, setting off from the port of Amsterdam and towards the isle of Great Britain, towards the mouth of the Thames river in order to eventually make it by water to the capital city of the United Kingdom, that being London. Escorted by the proud HNLMS Van Halen Destroyer class ship, not only to serve as a small layer of protection for the otherwise unarmed Steam Yacht the dispatch is present on, but to also show off the Naval Might the Dutch Kingdom has, as if to broadcast a message to London that the Netherlands would not go down without a fight should they find themselves in a naval battle in a potential future.
From what locals in the Home Country have heard pertaining to the current location of the dispatch at this time, they are still sailing, however now they are doing so down the river Thames towards London, flying two flags on each ship. One is the white banner, they wish to detail that they come in peace, and not force... Naturally. And of course, the flag of the Netherlands, the red, white and blue horizontal tricolor that in addition acts as the naval ensign.

We can all only hope that this conference brings some benefit to the Netherlands. Once sir Coljin returns home the the information that was discussed at the summit, our Parliament would have to vote on the actions that would pertain the aforementioned information.
The European world is once more heating up around us. The fact that the powers - that - be would fight themselves over Estonia, a small, rather insignificant country out in the east shows that the lessons that the Great War should have taught to them have been all but ignored. We must pray for the Netherlands in these trying times... However, let us not forget to do so as well for all of Europe.

We are in the Thames River as I send this message via radio broadcast to your location, around eleven or so miles from the historic district of Charing Cross, in this old looking town known as Dagenham.
So, as it may seem, we are edging ever closer into the city of London itself, as we are already within the Greater London county as we speak.
Now, I must ask a few questions. I do not mean to be to crass, mr Churchill, but it is quite imperative that you answer these as soon as you possibly can. I am flying blind, Prime Minister. The only thing I know about the location of this meeting is, well... It will be in the city of London. Other than that, we do not have a specific location we have been told of, and London is a huge city, it expands for miles upon miles across the lands around the Thames river.

Please provide an exact location and and any additional information that would be prudent for me, and my Dutch colleagues to know. Be quick, mr Churchill, I can already see the skylines of London emerge from the fog from my place on the yacht as we speak."

The Kingdom of the Netherlands is delighted to hear that, as the respected Kaiser Wilhelm II had done in the Great War, the German nation is once more willing to respect the neutrality of our country. The news is sure to put a lot of the Dutch people's minds at ease.
We understand that the German people feel war against the Allied Nations is well, not only expected but encouraged. Truly, the Treaty of Versailles was a crime against Germany and the people of the country, and I am sure you will find many Dutch citizens who would support the Germans in breaking away from the shackles the Double Entente of the United Kingdom and the French Third Republic placed on them.

But, I talk too much, and for too long. Moving onto the topic of Economic cooperation, I have seen that Germany already has plans to invest it's companies in the lands of the Netherlands. As my colleague and superior had already stated, I see that this will benefit both of our nations. To review, an increased workforce for your various companies who may need the manpower, and more employment opportunities, not relied upon by the subsidies and economic stagnation of the government from Amsterdam for Dutch citizens, meaning that the Dutch guilder can once again start flowing through our nation.
We only request that Dutch workers are not only employed, but given fair wages for their work. I am sure that those tenants sound reasonable to you and Germany, no?

Our colony, and the overlords back in Amsterdam have noticed that the Empire of Japan is lacking in one important natural resource, one that drives your nation in it's path of war, especially with your interest in China. This said resource is something the Dutch East Indies has plenty of, and most of it is ready to be traded to international partners, as the colony itself does not see much use for it... Well, at least currently.
I am talking about oil, great Hirohito. The colonial government has been in major talks recently about broadening our horizons, asking the important questions of trade. With the surplus of Oil we have within our colony, we see no better way to use it than to trade it with foreign powers that need the precious resource in exchange for currency, which will eventually help revitalize the Dutch East Indies economy, something that is rather... Well, lacking currently.

We understand that one of the nations most in need of the Black Gold is the Empire of Japan, and that is why I contact you. I wish to invite Japan to enter trade cooperation with the Dutch East Indies, and if so we promise that your nation will become the colony's primary exporting location for oil.
Perhaps exchanging Black Gold for Gold is not what Japan seeks? If so, I believe that your nation and the Dutch East Indies can work out some other trade. For instance, Japan could help bolster the Indies' economy in other ways, such as providing an avenue for additional, well paying jobs for the locals of our lands. By any means, we are open to all forms of negotiation, just say what you wish and we can assure you... The Dutch East Indies will consider it.

The Kingdom of Bhutan

Bhutan, known to its locals as Druk Yul, or “Land of the Thunder Dragons in English.” Bhutan had always been isolated from the world, maintaining minimal contact and relations with other countries. That would change very soon, however. Jigme Wangchuck was very ambitious and saw a future where Bhutan was not only a kingdom but rather a large empire uniting all of the Indian peninsula under Bhutana’s rule. It would a hard and grueling task, but with the right alliances and the right timing, Bhutan could rise to the world stage.



Meanwhile, Jigme wrote a telegram directed to Emperor of Japan, Hirohito that was encrypted:

Dear Emperor Hirohito, I come to you to ask for an alliance between both of your nations. We both have similar enemies, big ambitions, and if our manpower was to combine, we could achieve all of Aisa as our prize. I have also sent you a gift along with this letter. I hope to personally meet you someday in person as well to improve relations between our two countries.

Franco received this message, then thought it over. Diplomacy could be good, but should Germany or Russia hear about it, it’d wreck his plans to keep relations indifferent between them. He then sent a reply.

After sending the message, he called on one of his aides to come up to his office, which they eventually did . When they arrived, Franco spoke.

“I will be taking a trip to a diplomatic conference in London. Make sure no one knows of this outside of this capitol building.”

The aid nodded in approval, then left to relay the message. Franco then began to prepare for the trip.

The area has the Royal Guards stationed around it, so no spies can enter.

With the armies of Germany, Latvia, and the USSR closing in, the Red Army broke in three. One group attacked the Latvians, another headed to Tallinn, and another making a beeline to Riga.
Message for the Fuhrer

I propose a deal on what to do with the Baltics. I shall fully annex Estonia, annex Latvia up to and including Riga, and I take the southeast sliver of Lithuania, including Vilnius. You shall occupy the two isles of the coast of Estonia, and all other unmentioned areas. Do we have a deal, Fuhrer Hitler?

After hearing about the broadcast and where the office was located, Chiang Kai-shek and Mao Zedong decided to immediately go there as to not waste anymore time. They were already under threat from the trip to London. After some searching they finally found the office. Chiang Kai-shek commented that the area looks very "classical"

They enter the office and they are immediately greeted by British PM Winston Churchill and some of the Royal Guards. Winston said "Welcome to he office chaps. Hope you both had a good trip here." Mao immediately asked "When will this meeting start?" "Chiang also added "We can't really spend too much time here, something kind of feels fishy."

Winston said "Calm down you two. The meeting will start when Sire Franco, Hendrik, and Domergue arrive."
Both decided to wait for them to arrive.

Prime Minister Gaston Domergue, his Minister of Colonies Louis Rollin and his Minister of Foreign Affairs Pierre Laval arrive at Churchill's office in London after receiving the message detailing the location of the meeting. Domergue was desperate to make allies especially as some the economies of some French colonies begin to falter and some natives begin resisting French rule. With Germany and the U.S.S.R. turning against France and with Domergue deeply against them, France needed to make some allies to oppose them. In many ways France needed allies more than her allies needed France, Europe was on the cusp of another major war, and France needed allies to survive what might become another long century.

At the door, Winston Churchill greeted the Frenchmen whence they arrived, and pulled up seats for them. "Nice to see you all here today.", he said as he sat back down. "Now we are just waiting on Cojin, i believe his name was, and a guest I have invited."

As the fall of Estonia drew near, the Fuhrer was feeling optimistic about the future. Until he walked outside. He looked down on the grand city of Berlin, and what he saw shocked him. Hundreds upon thousands of people marching on the streets, demanding reform. They were still ultra-nationalist, but they were drifting towards socialism. Hitler ordered what remained of his army in Germany to do one thing.

On the 25th, Estonia surrendered to the invading forces, as did Latvia, considering that they were devoid of an army now. Lithuania, the next week, fortified it's borders as their Prime Minister prepared for the worst.

One of the various rooms of the unnamed office of which the 'De conferentie van Londen' will take place within. Numerous leaders will be present for the event, including the two Chinese heads of the United Front, Franco of the Spanish State, Churchill of the United Kingdom, and Domergue of the French Third Republic.

The dispatch from the Kingdom of the Netherlands, such as sir Hendrik Coljin, his peers and guard, and the crew aboard the Dutch 'Van Halen' Destroyer class ship would have finally made it into the city of London properly, docking in a assigned port space almost adjacent to the 'Charing Cross' landmark within the city.
The capital city of the United Kingdom would be truly captivating. By all means, Amsterdam and the Hague are proud cities, steeped in culture, history and art, but never in the Netherlands would you see buildings that tower above one in the way the skyline of London would.

Naturally, this would not be the first time sir Coljin, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of the Netherlands would have seen London with his eyes... But it seems that does not matter to him, as the place still draws awe even after first sight.
However, now is not the time for sightseeing, Hendrik Coljin and his entourage has business to attend to... The London conference could not begin without their presence, and as such dawdling would only hold up the summit, and perhaps annoy the hosts or visitors... Once they had departed from the Steam Yacht they had sailed on, from Amsterdam to London, they would have been met by an English entourage.
Without much conversation, the Dutch would have been led by them to several luxurious looking automobiles, most likely Rolls Royce in manufacturer, accompanied by waiting Chauffeurs.

With time on their minds, and the pressure of the English, the Dutch entourage would take their seats in the cars, and soon therefore after see themselves being driven through the packed streets of London, to the designated office building, of which this summit would take place in...
... It would take a small while. Even with the Metropolitan Police following the dispatch in cruisers, as pressure to onlookers to move out of their way, the dense London streets would prove difficult, and slow to navigate. To Prime Minister Hendrik Coljin, he would perhaps think to himself "Well, at least I have a valid excuse should I be late now..." But after some time, the Rolls Royce cars would stop outside a large building, around half a mile or so away from Charing Cross.
With permission from the Chauffeurs, the Dutch entourage, along with an Englishman to act as a guide of sorts would step out of the automobiles, and onto the street just outside the designated building.

The Englishman would begin by saying:

"Sires, we have arrived at the destination. Directly in front of you is the building of which the London conference will take place in. I would perhaps urge you to rap your hands against the door, I imagine someone will hear your knocking from within.
It would most certainly make a better introduction that if I did it for you, no?"
Prime Minister Hendrik Coljin
"Indeed. You have done enough for us, your honour. We shall be good to take control from here, I imagine."

And with that, the Dutch, including the PM would step up towards the door.
After taking many deep breaths to compose himself, Hendrik Coljin would knock on the door with rhythmic tapping. Now, they could only wait to be let in...

Already seated, there is , from France, the Prime Minister Domergue, Minister of Colonies Rollin, and the Minister of Foriegn Affairs Laval. From China, Mao and Chiang are here. I do believe you've heard of them. Over there is Francisco Franco, Caudillo of Spain. Then, you and I, PM's Coljin and Churchill. Now shall we begin?"
