-- Record, YURIEVICH, PEVTSOV - SERIAL NO. 36578186209
Biography: Born on earth in the city of Moscow, Pevtsov grew up in a military household. His father was enlisted in the Marines, and therefor the family of 4 was moving to various parts of the world, and Earth colonies, every few years. Pevtsov grew up comfortably, the presence of food, power, and shelter was never in doubt for him, but the lack of stability in his environment had the effect it has on most military children who travel from world to world, he didn't have many friends. he learned to live with just himself, and his brother who was several years older than him, never needing anyone else to support him emotionally. Many psychologists would say that damaged him. But Pevtsov seems to not have suffered too greatly.
Due to all the interplanetary travel, Pevtsov became fascinated by space-craft, particularly the smaller vehicles. Living on military bases, Pevtsov could often persuade the pilots to let him set in the cockpit while the craft was on the ground. A few times Pevtsov was allowed to ride in the passenger bay of a Vulture. While growing up, he decided that he wanted to fly in the Aerospace force, not caring much for the confines of a larger spaceship or the rough and tumble life of a Marine or Soldier. When he turned 18 he applied for, and was accepted into, the Lunar Flight School. The next four years would see Pevtsov training to be a pilot. He got slated for gunships, specifically those attached to Naval groups. He graduated from the Flight school in 2331, and spent another year in Officer's School, graduating in 2332 as a Second Lieutenant. His first deployment was to Battlegroup Thor, centered around the Odin-class Thor carrier conducting anti-Piracy operations in Lalande with the New Suns Fundamentalists. As a gunship pilot he found himself attacking the zealots with rockets and napalm. He would be stationed there for 2 years, before transferring with his promotion to 1st Lieutenant to Space Station Lupis, near Pacifica, where he was responsible for aiding in the policing of trade and intercepting drug-runners and smugglers.
Pevstov went before the promotion board in late 2337, due to his service against the New Suns Fundementalists and anti-smuggling operations near Pacifica, the board approved Pevtsov's promotion in January of 2338. The newly promoted captain sat on his rank for several months while Aerospace Force command searched for a place to deploy him

Andrew was eight years old when the First Great Colonial war kicked off, he remembers in vivid detail the air raid drills and other drills he did in elementary school. His father had been visiting his own parents home in Tokyo and had brought his eldest child, Syla, with him. They along with Daichis parents died immediately in the blast.
In the following invasion of Earth by Martian forces, the eastern seaboard of North America saw heavy fighting. Andrew’s own mother had already joined the defenses with her AGC unit. Name: Celsus Bell, M.D.
Date of Birth: March 23, 2289 (Age 49)
Homeworld: Earth
Place of Birth: Corpus Christi, Texas
Prior Criminal Record: None
Prior Service: N/A
Character Description:(Image)
Family: Celsus' father was a military physician and his mother was a civilian scientist. His mother was working in London in 2315, and died in the nuclear attack. His father died a few months later of radiation poisoning after he traveled to London to search for his wife, and to help treat the wounded.
Biography: Celsus was born in a Terran Naval base hospital, where his father was stationed, in Corpus Christi, Texas in 2289. Celsus had a pretty average childhood for a Navy brat, and despite alot of moving around, excelled in school. After graduating high school as the salutatorian of his class, Celsus was accepted to Johns Hopkins University, where after completing 4 years of undergraduate studies, he also attended Medical School. He completed Medical School in 2315 and, following in his father's footsteps, joined the Terran Navy. His training was cut short however, when a few months later the Martian Fleet launched its nuclear attack on Earth.
Celsus was assigned to a makeshift military hospital in Nevada, where millions of refugees were pouring in from the now devastated California. Sadly, he was kept so busy tending to the countless wounded that he didn't even find out his mother had died until he was informed that his father had died while searching for her. Needless to say, he developed a strong dislike of the Martians as a result. Several months later in 2316, Celsus was assigned to the Odin and officially given the rank of Ensign (though he did not officially complete basic training, his superiors determined that his work with the refugees was training enough to merit the rank). He served with distinction aboard the Odin, saving countless lives in the many battles the ship engaged in, and was promoted to Lieutenant Junior Grade for his service. He also met a hotshot young pilot named Victoria Starling during his time on the Odin, and the two became fast friends.
When the war finally ended, Celsus decided to continue his medical education, and returned to Earth to complete a residency program in General Surgery, followed by a fellowship in Trauma Surgery. Now a highly qualified surgeon, he was soon promoted to the rank of Lieutenant. Over the next few years, things were fairly calm for Celsus as he worked in Terran Naval base hospitals performing routine procedures, much as his father had many years earlier, though his continued service did see him eventually promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Commander. Eventually, he started to grow tired of life planetside however, and started to miss the excitement of serving aboard a starship. In 2335, he decided it was time to get back out into space, and after hearing that his old friend Victoria had recently been given command of the Valkyrie, and was in need of a good Chief Medical Officer, he quickly requested the position and got the job, along with a promotion to the rank of Commander. For three years now Celsus has served aboard the Valkyrie, and as their friendship rekindled over the years, he has become extremely loyal to Victoria. When things aren't too busy in the medbay, Celsus spends much of his time on the Valkyrie's bridge, where he advises Victoria, jokes with the crew to help improve morale, and occasionally drives everyone crazy with his vast library of cliches and idioms.
