I'm gonna give Haestae III's capital city of Ariestal another palace, which is none than other the Imperial Palace of Ariestal. It's very different from the Great Palace of Ariestal because it is once the home of the post-First Crusade Imperial Novayan emperors and pre-First Crusade Novayan governors until transferring to the Great Palace of Ariestal, ten years after the Fall of the Novayan Commonwealth.

The Imperial Palace of Ariestal is where Admiral Borealis Norsoutha III and his wife, Kamie Igarashi (full name: Kamie Igarashi zu Norsoutha-Tomoshima), live. And yes, Kamie is one year younger below B3.
