The main instigators of the war are Svenska-Brittania and the Soviet Union. We have detected conflict emerging from the Kola Peninsula and the Eastern Mediterranean. Now, last we knew, the Soviets did not have any territory on the Mediterranean and so must have an ally over there. We don't know who this ally is or what they want. There is also the nation of Iberia, who stuck in the middle of this war, who as far as we know are only interested in peace. The Dominion is also interested in establishing peace. As such, we shall unilaterally end all trade deals with the warring nations and prevent any of their ships from nearing the Eastern Seaboard. We shall also work with the Iberians to establish an international peacekeeping organisation to bring an end to this destructive conflict. To the imperialist powers engaged in this bloody, senseless conflict, I have one thing to say. That is to think about your peoples. Think about the people of the world. That was most likely what drove you to draft this proposition, no? The points that you list for the use of such an organisation are also acceptable, for one we in Polynesia agree that we by all means shouldn't feed warmongers with our supplies, and naturally political condemnation comes alongside this. In addition, Polynesia would be interested in becoming a member of this so called 'International Court of Justice', and I would personally see to it the construction and/or reassignment of a broadcasting company to fulfill the wish of international peacekeeping propaganda.
Overall, I wish to iterate to you in the Dominion of America that Polynesia will always stand with it's allies in the old borders of the United States, and we would be honoured in being the first member of this organisation.

Our journalists have recently been given the honour to give the news of plans being drafted by the Higher ups of Polynesia, most importantly his greatness, the Emperor of Polynesia. From what we know, our nation had recently recieved a radio dispatch from the Dominion of America, detailing to our nation it's plans to create an international peacekeeping organisation, of which nations that seek peace across the world are welcome to participate in. Emperor Makani seems to have been enthralled by such an idea, and has been reported to begin discussion with her Gracious Chieftess, Malie Lea'ai on the topic. Her own opinions are not known currently, but what we do know is this: Polynesia will more likely than not be joining our allies in the Americas in the founding of the 'Organisation of World Peace', in order to spread the positive message of peace and unity across the known world, in whatever way that may be.

The Emperor of all Polynesia, Makani had made a journey to the Governmental Offices in order to make a surprise visit to the Chieftess, Malie Lea'ai. He had recently had become privy to a Dominion plan to create an international peacekeeping organisation, which would be known as 'The Organisation of World Peace'. He personally would have no qualms in becoming a member, perhaps honourably the first, but first he would have to contact the Government, including the Chieftess in order to confirm with them if they would be okay with doing so. Last time, Makani had made a promise to consult with Malie Lea'ai on future subjects like this, and it is one he wishes to keep...

After being graciously let into the building by the surprised security, he would be escorted towards the Chieftess' office promptly after telling the guard that he wishes to see her. Soon enough he would find himself behind the door of the office, and with a quick sigh, he would rap his hand against the door to notify Malie Lea'ai of his presence behind it...

Meanwhile, Malie Lea'ai would have been in her office, as usual... She had a lot to deal with, at some point she would have to pick up the message left on the LRT within the International Briefing Room, a communication from Svenska-Britannia of which she had no intentions on answering upon first becoming privy to it, since not only did she have negative connotations of the nation beforehand, but they had now found themselves in a brutal war with the Soviet Union. In addition, she would have her usual paperwork to sift through, and she would have to contact the Emperor at some point, in order to finish off that conversation that was started at the palace.
Now, with a sigh, she would stand up from her seat in the office, now finally willing to pick up that message left on the LRT by Svenska-Britannia. As she stands up, a loud rapping against her door would be heard, someone was out there looking for her. She would quickly advance towards it, swinging it open...

She would let out an audible gasp upon seeing the smiling face of the Emperor on the other side. "What in god's name is he doing here?", she would think to herself, though Malie Lea'ai would make no mention of it to him... She would attempt to control her surprised facial expression the best she could, using the opportunity given by taking a slow bow for his majesty in order to control herself.
Upon standing up and meeting his eyes once more, she would exclaim:

"Oh. Good day to you, your majesty Makani... I am surprised to see you here, within our humble building! Is there anything you need, I was just going out to fetch a message from the Briefing room."

Makani would give a low smile in response to Malie Lea'ai's exclamation. He would feel like answering that message with her would be a good first step, so with a small motion of his hand, he'd begin:

And with that, the pair would take themselves to the International Briefing Room of the offices.. ..And this wouldn't take long. Inside, the curio doors would already be open, and the LRT would be in full sight. On it's monitor would read:

Malie Lea'ai would slowly turn to look at Emperor Makani, and the Emperor would already had turned his gaze to the Chieftess. They would both exhale and inhale slowly, before one of them finally says something...

"You see it now, Emperor... This is the message of which I have been so reluctant to answer, god know's what those warmongering imperialist brutes want from us."
Emperor Makani
"Malie, come now... You know assumptions are dangerous to have. We have yet to ascertain who is the victim or aggressor of that war in Northern Europe, it could be either one or the other.
We will not know what they want until we listen to the broadcast... Shall you or I press that fateful button, Chieftess?"
Malie Lea'ai
(*Long Sigh*) "I'll do it, this is my demon I need to conquer."

And with that, the Chieftess of Polynesia would take a slow walk up to the Long Range Transmitter. After one more slow inhale, and exhale of breath, she would slam one of her fingers into the machine, as it whirs, and starts playing out it's message...

The Emperor and Chieftess would stare at eachother incredulously for a while. The warmonger, looking for peace? It is almost as bad as that saying: When Pigs Fly... But, there it was, Svenska-Britannia looking to resolve it's war against the Soviets peacefully. After a long pause, as if the information is still being processed in their minds, one would slowly start the discussion...

"Chieftess, this is wonderful news! Peace may yet be restored, and our fears can be alleviated. A peace conference, in the Federal Republic of Trenaka? Where on earth even is that?"
Malie Lea'ai
"From what we have gathered as a collective, here in these offices, it seems that this 'Trenaka' is, or at least was an ally of Svenska-Britannia. It is most likely located in Germany, and if so, probably Bavaria, as that may be the most well - off German province after that war of the 1940's, followed by the Cataclysm...
But your highness, surely you are not considering sending a Polynesian representative to this summit? The Panama Canal has yet to be restored, and apparently their is some force in the Magellan Strait preventing any ships from using it."

Emperor Makani would give a small chuckle in response to Malie Lea'ai. With a very slight shake of his head, he would respond with:

"We have to attend this summit, if possible Chieftess. It would bring much prestige to our nation which many may still overlook, and we may be what stands between continuation of that war, and a great event of peace...
And yes, you are correct that the two routes past the Americas are unfesiable currently... But, do you forget that the Indian Ocean exists, Malie? In addition, we may be lucky enough that those Arabs have restored the Suez Canal by now, I think I remember that it is on the borders of their territory."

"That is an awfully long journey either way, Emperor... What makes you think that we can achieve it?"
Emperor Makani
"Easier than you may believe, Malie. We'd send out a ship past Australia, towards the Red Sea towards the Suez. It would be guarded by a dispatch of Destroyers, and the prideful flagship of our fleet, the Battlecruiser I.S Ōtautahi. In addition, a Oil Tanker would be present as well, in order to resupply the fuel of these ships when needed.
We can make the journey, it would just take time..."

Malie Lea'ai would give a smile to Emperor Makani, he seems to have planned this well... Right then and there, she would make the decision to go herself, and leave the governing to her second, namely Ionatana Tuitama. She would bring with her weight, due to her being the Chieftess, or otherwise known as President of Polynesia, and she would relish the opportunity to escape her work for a while in order to do this... With a small sigh, she responds:

"You impress me, Emperor. Well, I have made my decision, and remember the promise that you made to me? It seems like it is your time to uphold it... (*Small sigh*) I shall go to attend this summit. I will leave my trusted friend and second, Ionatana Tuitama to take my workload for me. Please do not stop me, my skills may be needed there, and my name should carry weight."

"Are you sure you want to do this? I will not stop you, but it will be a long, arduous, and perhaps even dangerous journey..."

"I am sure, Makani."

With that firm, short response, Makani would make no other argument against it. He would advance towards the machine, tuning it to Stockholm, and then quickly submitting a response message for them:

Good day to you and your nation. We have recieved the message of which you have seemingly sent across the world, requesting for a summit to discuss a peaceful resolution to the war you are involved in, that being with the Soviet Union.
South Polynesia wishes to attend this summit, should you allow it. Her Gracious Chieftess, Malie Lea'ai has personally volunteered to make the journey across the Indian and Mediterranean waters in order to reach the destination. This journey will, naturally take a little while, maybe a select amount of months, so we hope that you and the other members can wait for her arrival.
A yacht, Oil Tanker, half a dozen Destroyers and the flagship of our navy, the I.S Ōtautahi will be sailing across the oceans to get to the destination, this is what you will have to be looking out for.
Best wishes to Svenska-Britannia."

With that done, he would press the button on the machine as it beams the return message to Stockholm, before settling back down... He would prepare the ships necessary with his command as Emperor of Polynesia, and in a few days can set sail for this summit, Malie Lea'ai with them... For now, they would begin discussion on the Peacekeeping organisation that the Dominion of America had proposed...

Bob Bobbo had hade to postpone the visit to the mysterious location to attend the peace conference,an he was infinitely glad that he had something worthwhile to do.
He would go to the Serakan peace conference, as he had known that the war would get out of hand if he did not. As he stepped infront of the plane, he made a choice that wold leave thousands if not millions of lives in the balance. He took a step and boarded the plane, ready for negotiation with the imperialist powers.

The Second Great Patriotic War - Situation on the Ground

After the initial outbreak of the war against the Imperials and an elapsed amount of time committed to bitter fighting, it was clear the Soviets weren't losing, but they weren't winning either. Despite some small territorial gains in Finland and Kola, it was clear as day that fighting had devolved into a meat-grinder of both men and war material with the fighting having turned indecisive across all fronts, with any ground being gain only after some a disproportional cost of life spent. While the Kremlin held resolute that the Soviet Union's Military was only facing a 'minor' setback due to higher than expected enemy resolve, even Marshall Yazov himself knew that it'll take more than just pounding the enemy repeatedly into submission in order to achieve victory, however there first alternative plan to create a new front in Norway had already been met with failure and incredible loss of life, to which the only good thing to come from it was Soviet propaganda being able to spin the story as a war crime sinking of civilian freighters to the public domestically and abroad.

And while their prior preparations had at least soften the blow to what would've otherwise had begun to economically strained the Soviet Union for now, time was still a factor in play that some resolution would need to be reach in some manner before the year was out, even with a mobilizing war economy and the Arab State Pipeline in the works.

Of course Lysenko had paid no mind to the continuing effects of the war on the nation, in fact in a sense that would've only been fighting for the Mad Scientist, he had welcomed its presence for his research worryingly enough. However just as his Research Division was about ready to unveil a new chemical agent to the Kremlin, a message had been received from the Imperial Palace of their enemy of all places.

Skies over Eastern Europe.

After leaving only an hour or so prior from Moscow, Soviet Consul Anatoli Yatskov was hastily handpicked by Beria in order to conduct this vital diplomatic mission that'll in theory ensure continued peace and prosperity within the Soviet Union on the World Stage. With him in his curiously modified (thanks to Lysenko) commercial airliner was a fair contingent of NKVD security officers, and just outside of their plane was a pair of escorting fighter jets flying alongside that'll make sure the Consul's plane would reach its destination of Berlin.

Truly the weight of this monumental task was already beginning to strain Yatskov's shoulders, seeing as how if he failed or the conference turned to a bust, the whole world may be at stake.
