Jackson smiled politely as Sharp rambled on. "I thank you for your praise," he said. "As for what I did in the Great War, well... you can always buy a copy of my autobiography to find out." Jackson laughed.

Jackson listened carefully to what Turner had to say. "I have to say that I am intrigued by your offer," he said, "but right now my primary objective is to win the Republican nomination. My support is consistently in the high forties and despite a few bumps in the way, I believe I will be able to win the nomination. The GOP has already an established party machinery and if captured by conservatives, it would further our message greatly. That is not to say I oppose your conservative super-party idea. I would gladly accept their support for my run and would be more than happy to accept their nomination, whether I win the GOP primaries or not. However, right now I am focusing on winning the Republican primaries."

"I also have to be straightforward and honest with you," Jackson continued. "If I become Presidential candidate, hopefully by winning the Republican primaries, I will not be able to offer you the vice-presidency. Do not take this as me not regarding you highly. You know that I do. You also know that I value your abilities. As President, I will offer you a place in my administration - assuming you want to join it. I am thinking of perhaps Secretary of Defense. If you do not want to join my administration, you could always have a place in my proposed bipartisan committee about racial issues, in which you will be able to champion your views and shape its direction. However, I cannot offer you the position of vice-president. My campaign staff has done extensive research and polling, and has concluded that the best way to win the general elections is to have a more moderate candidate as my vice-president. Someone who will be able to assure moderates that they can trust us instead of voting for the other guy out of fear. Unfortunately, winning the South alone will not get us the White House; nor will appealing to hardcore conservatives be enough. We also need to win the moderate vote too. That does not mean giving up our ideas or selling out our message; my candidacy is perhaps the most conservative in years. But we need to cooperate with moderates to get our agenda through. I am being straightforward with you because I consider you a friend."

Turner nodded along and listened. "Don't worry, my friend, it was just a hypothetical. It'd take quite exceptional circumstances for there to be a Republican/Democratic unity ticket, even if ideologically aligned. All I offered was my support, and I don't expect VP in return, only a helping hand in the Senate. If there is a Democratic majority - as there has been for so long - I'm sure we could build a strong enough majority to slice off the liberal Democrats. Without the South, the Democratic Party is simply the union machine of some bearded socialist in West Virginia or Minnesota.

While the idea of a double conservative ticket from the Democratic and Republican parties is very interesting and would diminish liberal influence significantly, I understand your reticence. If Mrs. Fraser won the Democratic primary you would have our support to take a conservative agenda to the White House. All we ask is your cooperation in Congress and nothing more. You would get the Southern states regardless of your VP pick, as long as he doesn't turn out to be some liberal lunatic like [not-Nelson Rockefeller]."

National Values March Announced by Senator Frank Turner to 'Defend National Values'

By Jack Tiltman

Image
Senator Turner, pictured at one of his rallies.

Senator Turner, in an official public statement made to the Associated Press, has just announced a 'National Values March' in Washington D.C, designed to counteract recent civil rights action through a campaign of 'national resistance', hoping to beat the civil rights movement through 'tit-for-tat action', along with making several important announcements regarding the future organisation of the White People's Party and the White Restoration Resistance, with some rumours of an announcement of a Presidential bid, which has not been met by comment from Senator Turner's office.

Over the past few days and weeks, however, it seems that Senator Turner has been extremely busy, flying across to many different places, along with alleged meetings in his office with groups of religious, corporate, media and local political leaders, including possibly even some Republican politicians. While he has continued to push out a policy of no comment on these meetings, it is interesting to see whether or not a resolution - or perhaps climax - to them will be found in the National Values March.

Regardless of that fact, there is nothing much here but speculation, so it will be seen what comes of these developments whenever what is being planned comes to pass.

James sat in his home office, as he usually did, his mind all over the place. His thoughts went from yesterday’s funeral, to his House of Representatives campaign, to his family. Only when the phone on his desk suddenly rang did he snap out of it. When he picked up, he was quite surprised to hear General Jonathan Jackson’s voice on the other end of the phone.

“Oh, General Jackson, what a..pleasant surprise. How’s it going?”

"I've been campaigning nonstop, which is kinda tiring but generally speaking I am fine," he said. "I called you to both express my condolences for the events in Louisiana and to talk with you about my national campaign. I am aiming to bring unity to this nation. A House Divided cannot stand. My proposal is for a bipartisan committee to look into the issues of civil rights and come to a compromise acceptable by the majority of Americans. I hope that you will be part of this committee - assuming I become President of course - and I also hope we can meet in person to both discuss possible solutions and compromises on civil rights and the other issues - social and economic - facing the colored community. I intent to be a President of all Americans."

James listened, pondering for a bit after he was finished. “Hmm...what kind of compromises may you have in mind?”

"That is not for me to decide," Jackson admitted. "I wish to institute a bipartisan committee, so that committee may come up with an acceptable to all compromise. I do not want to impose my vision top down, rather I wish that after a broad discussion the committee comes to an agreement. That is why I seek to fill this committee with peoples representing both North and South, Republicans and Democrats, whites and colored. That's why I wish to have someone like you too on the committee, to give your opinions and ideas. My hope is that the committee will reach a compromise accepted by the majority of folks."

"That's why I want to hear your opinion. Your perspective. Which compromises you are willing to accept. I do not want to lecture you or tell you my own views, as my intention is not to impose my personal views. I also wish to speak with you, in person, about the economical and social problems faced by the colored community. I want you to explain me how we can help the colored community. I believe my tax cuts, which shall foster economic growth, will help the colored community too but I am willing to also consider additional measures specifically for uplifting the colored community."

Senator Joshua Sharp finally heard the absent sucking-sound from the bottom of his green coca cola, it's sweet nectar swallowed up by the southerner, who let out a frustrated slew of swear words under his breath.

"Goddamn fuckin pepsi-cola drink don't be 'finite nor 'inn-finite... What was that Jack? A moderate? It's a tough sell for this ol' bastard I'll tell y'all right now. If there's two liberals on either ticket, but if one o' 'em has a lower conservative feller so as to not split apart our partiees, though I wouldn't hold no breath on it, seein' as them liberals is as fiesty as a sunken cat on july inna the 'ssippii river! If the GOP nominates a liberal wit a conservative, say Jack-Jack here, it's only a slight boon to my efforts."

Sharp snaps his fingers impatiently at the bartender, who soon hands another condensation dripping, ice cold coca cola. As he went to take a sip, he realized there was no liquid flowing through his throat. Glancing at the bottle, Sharp realized the cap was still on. Shrugging his elderly bones, he took out a surplus trench knife and hacked the glass, slicing off the metallic cap without another word as he finally got his drink of more Coca-Cola goodness through his veins.

"No-one gives no shits 'bout the number two spot. It's just for political balancin' n' shit like thats. If W'all isa plays this shits smarts, then we picks someone who's some moderate and makes a diehard segregationist like myself look somewhat less batshits insanes if y'alls knows what I means, eh? I wish I knew. I still don't got no damned 'dea. W'all better make sure that no conservative boy of ours, be it me, Sharp-I mean Earl or Jack-Jack, gits stuck wit the shitty office as the VP. If we're goin' inna this, we better make sure we aim high, not low. Aim for the White House, not the shack next to the white house where the VP lives! Though, that shack's proally got runnin' water, unlike my own home. When the VP takes that there oath, he's as impotent or as useless as the House Minoritee leader. As the great John Sharp Williams of my native Cedar Grove said when he was house minoritee leader: 'I am invited to the seances but I am never consulted about the spiritualistic appearances.'

If we can blunt moderate forces inna the south, leave it a dixieland playground, then I will be damn satisfied with my alliance with Turner. While I once thought that Earl was an ally, he's an asshole. Same with Huey. He was my ally, only then he's an enemy. I know after two rocky marriages politically, I'm understandably wary 'bout y'all turner, but you seem like a good, proper man of the cloth. Not the clergy, but the Klan! Hell, it might even bes my faults, but I doubts that.

I is a damn fine racist, and I shall see to it that w'all gits n' wins the racist vote next 'vemba! Lord knows my senate bid might force me t' spend less time inna Armarrillo or Houston and more time in Cedar Grove n' Jackson just so I'm not outta a job n' lookin fer work come next August or September. I'm not askin' for no handout in money, just wit some hep inna the Democratic Primary. Make sure my Republica-I mean the other Democrat gits his shit knocked 'round wit some boys. Everythin' legal that y'all can do inna 'ssippii. I'mma hold some more townhome style rallies when I git back on the campaign trails."

Senator Joshua Sharp nodded his head, stood up and motioned his hand for the senior senator from Mississippi to follow him. They both walked out of the hotel as Sharp squinted outside at the surprisingly frigid air. After a solid little while of walking, both came to a park bench, where Sharp sat and turned to Turner.

"What it is- what is it? Why the need for privacy young man?"

"What it is- what is it? Why the need for privacy young man?"

"Please, Senator, follow me over here..." He went to an extremely private spot in a dark alleyway.

"Right, Josh...Can I call you Josh? Well, alright, I'll just call you Senator. Listen, Senator, I understand that you're a folksy, working-class man with that blue collar and all, but you need to have some manners. First, please stop being so loud. Frankly, my eardrums are about to burst and I haven't got time for this sort of nonsense. Now, no doubt you will yell whenever I'm finished, so if before you do so you could get me some sort of earbud, then that would be wonderful.

Secondly, could you PLEASE stop swearing and burping at General Jackson? I have met that man personally, and I hold him in high esteem, as does most of America. YOU ARE A SENATOR! You are not some random drunk on the side of the road. You have served our state for a decade, and you need to have the dignity of a statesman and act like it! Do you understand me?!

I don't care about your objections. You can say whatever you want in your own time. Frankly, I'm fine with your antics, personally, as long as they don't get in the way of our negotiations. But I hope you can learn to understand just the task we're dealing with here. We are building a coalition across parties, changing the course of history itself, I don't need to hear the gas from your stomach. You will listen to me, for your own good, or else you will end up at 0% in the polls.

Listen, Mr. Senator, I have felt the brutality of war. I have fought through hell, disciplined the most impotent and gallish of men. And yet I have never seen a man with such rude manners as you. Now, listen to me. Hear me. Understand me. Maybe I'm a bit rude, but this is what you sound like to everyone else. Now have some dignity, as befits your office, or else I will ensure that every red-blooded Southerner is cheering MY Presidential campaign on by the end of the year.

Do you understand, you hillbilly idiot?! Or as you like to say it, DO YOU FUCKING UNDERSTAND ME?!"

He took a sigh and calmed down, but began to lean extremely closely and aggressively at him.

"Look...Just understand. Listen to me, and act with some dignity. There's a reason Broussard left and Jackson will leave too if you keep with your antics. I can save you, I can save all of us Dixiecrats here. But you just need to learn to shut up for a bit. Alright, Senator? Alright. Thank you. That's all I have to say." He walked back, gesturing for Sharp to follow him and not stopping for so much a second as to let him reply.

Senator Sharp's face curled into a stern frown before shaking his head. He had hoped it wouldn't be some sort of time out. Hell, the old man didn't have a damn clue what the other senator's problem was. When Sharp was motioned to follow him back after another tounge lashing by his fellow senator, the old mississippian walked faster than he had walked in years, straight past the side door of the hotel, past the bar (not before throwing a nickle at the bar tender and giving himself a five-finger discount on coca-cola) and straight out the door without saying another word. His eyes soon locked on the car-hopper that leaned against Sharp's blue chevrolet pick-up truck.
"Oh hey old geezer-"
"Shut the fuck up and git me my goddamned car keys you incompetent dumbass! I'm outta this shit hole."
With that, Senator Sharp raised his middle finger to the hotel, climbed in his elderly truck and stormed off, the gears in his old jalopy automobile shifting and screaming as he altered the gear down and then up again before pulling out onto the main road and taking a left turn, with just one destination set in the stubborn senator's mind.

Cedar Grove, Mississippii.

Well shit. There went his alliance with other members of the south. If Sharp had to do something right it seemed, only Sharp could do it by himself. He let out a frustrated sigh.
"Ah shit Sharp. Y'all let yer feelin's git in the way o' soemthin. Maybe this means y'all don't not need no allies... Sharp boy, yer not the asshole, everyone else is the asshole, they just don't git yer poor manners n' burpin' n' shit like thats. Yeah, it's other fellers issues, not Sharps!"

Logan, West Virginia

Governor Fraser Meets with residents of Logan, West Virginian, discusses 'Battle of Blair Mountain', insists that "General Jackson doesn't believe in our constitution, is danger to the republic'
March 10th, 1959

"[...]the loss of American lives to American guns in struggles for dignity is something that we must to everything we can to prevent from reoccurring in this country. At the end of the day, despite how just the original cause was, to the extent that participants were acquitted and given limited sentences at en masse, the fact remains that the cause of the workers in west Virginia were harmed by the individuals and groups who chose to resort to violence. It ultimately took legal participation in the political process to win the improvements in conditions they demanded. That's a story to remember, whether one's skin was darkened by soot or born dark. It's also something to remind us why the right to legal and political participation is so important, without it society devolves into nothing but the competition of force. Which is exactly why General Jackson is a threat to our republic. He is a man that believes that the government has the right to simply disregard parts of the constitution, as has been made plain by his opposition to federal laws that ensure all jurisdictions in this country secure the right to the vote that the constitution promises, regardless of skin color.

Instead, this would be tyrant calls for our constitution to be subject to decisions made outside of the constitutional process in sham committees, which is utterly unacceptable. This isn't a debate over how to decrease racism in the private sector, that is something that there must be compromise for. This is about the constitution it's self, which as the foundation of our republic must be inviolable. The only changes to it being the result of the amending process. In endorsing the violation of two amendment, it signals a belief that any amendment can be violated. I'd go as far as saying his disregard for the 14th amendment, equal protection of the under laws and the 15th amendment, the right to vote to all regardless of race or color, strikes at the core of our republic, justice and representation and is gestures toward even more complete tyrannical ambitions.

If General Jackson believes that the constitution can be violated by the government in ways that deprive people of justice and representation, it is not difficult to imagine that he'd come out opposition to the very concept of elections and fair justice in their entirety he believes it convenient to him and if he believed th he had the power to discard it. We already know the violence that has been visited upon this country when people feel as though legal processes will not allow the addressing of their demands, worse yet when those like General Jackson pose an explicitly threat to these processes. Recently, I have made the mistake of side lining the importance of pointing out the vile tyranny we risk exposing the country to with a General Jackson nomination in favor of talking about policy. But I've come to a decision now that while I must still talk about policy, I must run this campaign with an eye on exposing and defeating the caesarism of General Jackson, as he is a clear danger to our republic. Even past simply stopping him from president, we can not allow him to be the nominee of the republican and set the stage for the rise of a deliberate monster in the future who is even more open in his disdain for our republic. To do otherwise, risks setting the ground work for tragedies magnitudes worse than the Battle of Blair Mountain[...]"

Cedar Grove, Mississippi
Joshua Sharp meets with residents of his native Cedar Grove, blasts General Jackson for "Incompetence and wrecklessness", argues Jackson 'failed us in Korea' will 'fail us again in Vietnam'.
March 11, 1959

"General Jack Jack, he is a good, god fearin' man. But, unfortunately, he ain't no democrat. No, I tried t' tell 'em once he might like it better over here down south. We got the nicest weather n' the purtiest white gals, not like those china-fellers he saw inna Jee-Pan! However, General Jackson is not capable of leading this country. His experiences are too far removed from both the average soldier and the average civillian. He must not be allowed anywhere near that there white house. For all we know, General Jack Jack could very well decide once he's in office to only listen to half o' the northern fellers n' leave us southerners high n' dry! I can't not take that risk. I don't trust that man. He's the kinda type that'll blow us all to kingdom come!

Y'all know fellers, it pains me, in the deepest soul, but I actually a-agr-agree wit a Republican. Not Jack Jack, though I do see eye to eye on that old bastard on 'cassion, I'm talkin' bout the Fraser power couple that's hell-bent on ruinin' this country n' swindilin' every single one o' the southern dixie 'publicans, 'mocrats n' 'pendents! On what issues do I disagree wit that there man? Why, uh-fuck... gimme just one cotton pickin' moment.. right! I hads to 'thinkin's mah seventy year ol' noggin, ain't old age a bitch? Damn straight, where was I? Oh yeah, I don't think we ought to bomb the shit outta the commies inna 'nam. I don't want to see young families ripped apart in losin' a son over there. Jackson don't give no shits about any lives lost. He simply sees it as another number on the steppin' stone to absolute victory. I disagree, from a Christian perspective. While the church I go to teaches that killin's a skin-sin, they didn't say nothin' bout woundin' n' maimin! Still, war's hell. No good man, wimmen or chillen 'ought t' be cheerin' for war against' anyone. I'd love world peace, but I'm a realist. People is a disagree, n' we settle out our disputes not wit gun duels, but with wars n' conflicts. The history o' humanity's riddiled with such examples.

'gain, I respect Jackson as a human bein, veteran n' politikan. But he's too green to manage the white house. He'll contend that 'he conquered the japs'. Yeah, so? They is a fuckin' japs! Any white knight can kick the teeth outta chinamen, hell, we western fellers been doin' that 'gainst china n' the qing dynasty till even they couldn't take it no more. Even then, the china fellers got their ass kicked by the Japs, not before the Japs kicked the teeth outta the Sovie-sorry, Russians. My history's a lil' off. Along wit my mind 'course but that's without sayin' for anyone o'er seventy. The man mismanaged the Japanese, why do y'all think he lost us China. I will repeat it, Jack-Jack lost us China n' half o' Korea. The only positive is that he got us one half o' China. Now, do any o' y'all trust Jackson to fight us a war, now against a slippery bastard inna Hochimean or ho chee mean? Y'all best not.

Y'all best trust Joshua Sharp, a man who has fought against superior german technolloy n' won. Well... I survived. Jackson survived, but he incompetently handed us many foreign policy failures. Yes, he failed us in Korea and he failed us in the Phillipines. The man wanted, out of his own personal glory to take the Phillipines. That man cost many more lives that even I might have shot in germans, which count for at least two 'muricans per damned kruat! We should've listened t' the navy n' bypassed the Phillipines. Instead more american blood was split that didn't have to be spilt. It's Jackson's fault that we lost more boys inna Fillipines. He was so fixated on 'returnin' that he didn't seem to give no shits bout the fellers doin' the 'returnin' on his behalf! Hell, I heard he yelled at a private for not chewin' gum n' haulin' ass! Though I'm old and a lil' senile, but I'm a vet. Jack ain't no vet, he's a media glory hound wit no policy, no platform n' no ass to stand behind!

Y'all best keepin' yer focus on the savior of the white south, the protector o' plantations n' the defender o' western civilization, Joshua Sharp. Keep dangerous, power hungry and incompetent men from the White House! Don't vote for Jackson, Vote for Joshua or Josh Sharp!

Now, if any o' y'alls gots questions for me, y'all can talk to me 'bout it or refer it to my campaign manager Trevor Chamberlain. I'm all ears so go right ahead n' lemme have it!"

Jonathan Jackson telephoned the President. "President Henry Davis?" he asked. "It's General Jonathan Jackson. I need to speak with you."

"I will of course work with you and other conservative Democrats to further a conservative agenda in Congress," Jackson replied. "As for my VP pick, you need not worry about it. The man I have in mind is bipartisan and moderate, but he is not a career politician and his expertise lies mainly in foreign policy rather than domestic affairs. As such, you will not have to worry about him being a liberal. He will bring foreign policy expertise but shall not upset Southern sensibilities."

Turner arrived back from scolding Sharp.

After his rally, Jonathan Jackson held a fundraising event attended by local business and community leaders. "Gentlemen," Jackson spoke, "I offer you stability, social peace and a pro-business environment. Governor Fraser and Senators Ladhe and Boone advocate radical and dangerous interventions in the economy and new costly government programs funded by more debt and more taxes. They are also polarizing society and threatening social peace."

"On the other hand, I aim to unite the nation by bridging the divide between North and South through the creation of a bipartisan Congressional Committee on the issues of civil right. This, along with a crackdown on violence, anarchy and riots, shall restore social peace. For social peace and stability are necessary preconditions for a growing economy. My administration shall also see that taxation is reduced and unnecessary regulations repealed, so that businesses are not unduly burdened by sky high taxes and red tape."

"That's my, admittedly simple, plan; unite the nation, crack down on riots, cut taxes and put an end to red tape. It is a recipe that will unleash the productive energy of America. With your support, we can move this country forward; as a truly free and United States of America."

“Hmm...well, I might be able to accept a compromise to gradually reduce and eventually get rid of segregation, but whatever happens, it need to go at some point in time. Brown vs. Board of Education needs to be enforced, the 14th and 15th Amendments to the constitution need to be protected and enforced, and all the obstacles blacks to voting need to be eliminated. I also think that the KKK need to be dealt with; their hate crimes can’t be tolerated. There’s more I would want, but I don’t want to keep you here all day.” James chuckled.

"I fully understand what you are going through," Jackson joked, trying to lighten the mood. "I've been getting many calls too. But I shouldn't waste your time, my old friend. I am calling about Fraser and his recent allegations. I know that you want to keep the Republican Party united and avoid infighting. That's why last time we had a phone talk, you counseled me to avoid creating any headlines that would indicate infighting. However, while I have avoided even mentioning the Governor's name and criticizing him only occasionally on points on policy, he has been slandering my name with atrocious accusations, such as insinuating that I am an enemy of the Constitution or a would be tyrant. Those are serious accusations. Do mind you, I would have no problem with strong debate on policy and character, but slander on such scale is on another level entirely. To keep this call short, I am simply informing you that there shall be no 'truce' anymore in the primaries and unfortunately the arrangement we've agreed upon will not be kept up."

Jonathan Jackson continued his campaign in Chicago the day after the rally, visiting local stores and businesses, and speaking with constituents. Jackson spent hours on the streets of Chicago, presenting himself as a man who listens to the constituents and hears their problems and concerns instead of leaving after holding his rally. Among those who he met were staunch opponents of his candidacy, whom he thanked for the chance to hear their point of view and their concerns and criticisms of him.

Afterwards, later that evening, he spoke briefly before some journalists. "I have to state that this was a good day. Meeting with my fellow Americans and spending time to listen to their concerns; that is something every politician should do, especially those who want to become President of this country. We must never forget that we are here to serve the people, and not the other way around. We are public servants, not masters."

"I also have to unfortunately interject some words of criticism about a fellow candidate in the race. I have disagreements with other candidates in the race, but I respect them. I disagree with Senator Ladhe on his views on Vietnam. I believe that they will severely affect America's foreign policy for the worse. However, I believe that the man has good intentions and is no coward. He is an opponent, not an enemy. I disagree with Senator Boone on the economy. I believe his proposed interventions in the economy will be disastrous and will lead to recession and sky-high taxes. However, I believe that he is sincere when he says that he believes those policies will help the common man and he is a patriot who believes in the goodness of America. He is an opponent, not an enemy. I disagree with Governor Bradford on a number of issues, but he is a good man with a positive vision for the future direction of our country. He is an opponent, not an enemy."

"Then, there is Governor Fraser. A man who has spent his entire campaign attacking others instead of offering solutions. A man who slanders others, who calls them unspeakable names, who questions their patriotism and their loyalty to the Constitution and to the people of America. Such a toxic campaign cannot - and should not - be rewarded. We need a Commander-in-Chief who will unite, and not divide, Americans. A Commander-in-Chief who will be President of all Americans instead of a partisan zealot. We need someone as President who will not question the patriotism and commitment of his fellow citizens because they disagree politically with him. We need a Leader, not a Divider."

"I will not be granting Mr. Fraser the satisfaction of turning this campaign into a mud-slinging contest. I shall not indulge into slanders, false accusations or questioning the patriotism of my opponents. I shall instead focus on my own positive vision for America. I shall focus on my plan to unite, rather than divide, Americans by bringing together people from both parties, from both North and South, both white and colored. I shall focus on my economic agenda, an agenda of tax cuts and economic growth rather than more red tape and taxes. I shall focus on my campaign to crack down on violence and riots. I shall focus on my plan to counter the global offensive launched by the evil forces of Communism."

"I shall talk about policy. I shall talk about my vision of America. I shall talk about why Americans should elect me for President, instead of simply saying why they should not elect the other guy. I believe in a better, united America. God Bless America and all Americans! Thank you!"

The Twin Cities
March 7th, 1959

The Young Representative walked around the capital of his home state. Ever Since he had left home in a mission of self-discovery when he was 16 he had been trying to discover why the system is the way it is.
He knew that he had to try and find a way to improve the lives of the marginalized. He knew that His opinion on the presidential race would be a much needed path for civil rights if he could get a Civil rights Friendly campaign to win. Sharp wouldn't be a good option because of his Racism, His parents incidentally were a Big Fan of Sharp whenever they called him. Fraiser was pro-Civil Rights but he knew that in his mind he could never endorse him. That left Ladhe and Boone to endorse. As he walked more he realized that Ladhe was unlikely to win the nomination even if he endorsed him. The only option it seemed, was Boone. As he walked into the Radio Station. He prepared to give his address for his run for Senate and he decided his endorsement for President.
"I am Lawer Jones Baker and I'm running for Senate." As the world listened he gave a 15 minute speech and in the end he had an announcement. "I hereby endorse Boone for the Presidency. God Bless America."
