"...I believe, for example, poll taxes, are one of the greatest proofs that segregationist power despises the white poor as he hates the blacks. The intimidation and the tests that they carry out might be enough to prevent black people from voting, but it fails to stop the white poor, who segregationist power can not bare to see the white poor have have a say in how he is governed. So to block those who are poor and white, segregationist power puts up strict monetary barrier to voting wherever he can. Segregationist power is driven by a sincere belief in the superiority of the white race, but a deep fear of their own mediocrity. Segregationist power knows on a free playing field, despite their history being exploited, even black people could unseat them, nevermind the white poor, of whom they have far less advantage over. They know that should poor whites have a say in government, all the aristocratic and unamerican privileges they've set up for themselves would be at risk and that free competition would sweep them away. An America in a battle for the fate of the world with the totalitarian communist forces of Moscow can not afford coddling mediocrity in high places. We must end all Poll Taxes, at all levels, by constitutional amendment."
