Never a big coffee drinker— the beverage only made him more jittery than usual— he had ordered a matcha latte, and sat sipping, allowing himself to relax despite the tumult of patrons all around him. Buster looked up with a nervous smile as he saw Dayton approach. As she took a seat he leaned forward and extended his hand.
